  1. Because there has been evidence of fraud and abuse. Drop boxes should be in secure locations that can be monitored. Authorities investigate potential fraud in Hamtramck's 2025 primary election https://www.cbsnews.com/detroit/news/authorities-investigate-potential-fraud-hamtramck-primary-election/
  2. The Liberal criminal justice system strikes again. Welland man facing child sex assault charge freed early after similar attack, victim family says https://nationalpost.com/news/canada/welland-police-say-a-man-broke-into-a-home-and-choked-and-sexually-assault-a-young-child-and-left
  3. I think he's partly right. I would severely restrict the drop boxes for mail in voting. There's already been a lot of fraud and abuse associated with them. But I wouldn't completely do away with them.
  4. Well, Biden did spend/print/borrow more of the "covid relief" money than Trump did. Yes, we've been hearing about the supposed exploding inflation for several months now, so far, nothing close has materialized.
  5. I agree that fake voters isn't much of a problem, but I still think voter ID is a good idea, especially to keep it that way. If we need ID to rent a car, fly, buy cigarettes, alcohol, rent a hotel room, pick up certain medical prescriptions, etc, I don't see why requiring ID to vote is a problem.
  6. If that's the case than the order is meaningless, so why are you so worked up about it?
  7. I don't know what you mean by dismantle, and I also don't know what you mean by advocate dictatorship. You should like a crazy person.
  8. Complete nonsense. I just think that voting is important, and should be as secure as possible, and that photo ID makes perfect sense.
  9. I'm good with either scenario. It might even be preferable to have Vance as president, especially related to the tariffs.
  10. I bring my photo ID when I vote in elections in Canada, pretty much everyone does. There should be no backlash to common sense. Many states offer photo ID at no cost for people that don't have drivers licences, passports, etc. It's about time.
  11. I wasn't referring to just energy. Trade in general. European countries from the EU to counter large economies like China and the United States.
  12. It's a united trade partner, that acts as one economy. You don't seem to understand a lot of the basics.
  13. Are you unaware of the terrible issues related to MAID that caused parts of it to be out on pause for several years?
  14. You’re obviously unaware of the rampant racism and antisemitism in the Middle East.
  15. The other forum is almost exclusively focused on Trump’s health. The have a Trump health watch thread, as well as a when will Trump die thread. They’re also still very fixated on Pierre, with nary a mention about Canada and the recent contraction of the economy by 1.6%. They just don’t seem to care all that much about their own country. It’s really quite bizarre.
  16. Argentina also trades heavily with the United States and also has tariffs imposed on them. Regardless, the second quarter U.S. economic growth was 3%. Regardless, the biggest reason Argentina’s growth will be so strong is that they finally rid themselves of their far left government that restricted economic growth. Hopefully Canada does that as well within the next year or two.
  17. Don’t worry guys, Carney’s got a plan. 🤣
  18. Yes he is the Canadian version of Trump in that he actually puts Canadians first. There would be no industrial carbon tax if Pierre had one, to the benefit of Canadian industry that has to complete globally, particularly with China and the United States. Thank you for making my point.
  19. Canada isn't much better. We literally let churches get burned down across the country and did nothing over "reconciliation." But if it was mosques being burned, that would've been a national emergency.
  20. After a decade of Liberal mismanagement.
  21. "Voting records" are meaningless and the details of the legislation often are much different than the name of the legislation. And often times, things are put into bills that force one side or the other to vote against it. What's not meaningless is that since the Liberals took office, everything in Canada has gotten worse.
  22. I don't bring up shootings. They do. They have an entire thread dedicated to it. However, they only seem to bring up shootings when the perp satisfies their prejudice. If the perp is deemed a political ally, they remain very silent.
  23. You should care because it was your point. That much of the wildfires are caused by humans. How much of that is from arson? Why are you running away from that question. Stop filibustering and answer it. If you don’t know, just say so.
