The 90% is not hyperbole, taking Canada wide statistics which I have cited before. Canada ranks poorly in having reserve capacity. Financial pressure on hospitals over the past 25 years has forced them to take these positions, absurdly closing beds and services while management payroll budgets increase.

In our region, it's come to my attention the hospital once had 600 more available beds than it does today.

What’s interesting is that the politicians that are very pro-immigration, that have substantially increased the population of the country, have done nothing to increase hospital capacity over the last several years.  Our hospital system is like a clown car.

Once again, vote NDP. The Libs and CPC are never going to solve it. They'll just invest tax money into their interests rather than the interests of people who work and pay the taxes. 

You just have to get past the fact the party is too infiltrated with people who worry too much about how racism affects them.
