Here's what no other president has done. No previous president pardoned his aides and friends and relatives. At least, not in modern times. 58 of the 80 people Trump has pardoned while in office were friends, aides, assistants or business associates. Obama didn't even pardon Hillary Clinton despite Trump having led those "Lock her up!" chants all through the campaign and promised to put her in jail. He didn't need to because he knew she hadn't done anything she could be convicted of.
