You're only acknowledging facts that suit your opinion. You've ignore the fact the CBC went to press on a story without hearing the tape and reported things that have proven to be false. You're also ignoring the CBC was classless to pull the stunt it in the first place. As far as I can tell he lied about one thing. The time of day. We're parsing little iddy details of the event and blowing them out of proportion. BTW the CBC's "sources" are still secret. I knew that would get one of you riled up. People here have basically called Ford a pussy for reacting the way he did and I agree it was an over reaction. But if I was receiving letters like that I might be a little jumpy if two people came to my house in the morning. Just sayin' I already cited the source about the CBC saying the 911 Opperator filing a grievance. You can see the post on page 9 of the thread. No! See that's from Quebecor, anything it says is a lie. While everything the CBC and the Star is 100% accurate. I'd like to see how this would be used against Ford in an election campaign, in 3 years. Not really a make or break for him with 3 budgets left to do.

OK I'll say it, and I've said it before. He shouldn't have called 911, it was a spaz move. I said yesterday that should have been it with this story. Both sides were in the wrong, let's move on. Until I woke up this morning and the CBC released this version of the story to keep it going. Forcing the mayor to respond again. No evidence to support their claim but people who hate Rob Ford are lapping it all up. It's sort of like if called someone a pedophile in public, hard to put that toothpaste back in the tube. Well do we know there was more important calls at the time? I'm not saying it was an emergency. But we determine that with the luxury of hindsight. I remember I called an ambulance because of a football injury. I got a police car, Fire truck and an ambulance.

It's not a 911 operators job to determine the extent of an emergency. Imagine if she had said:

I think the complaints that this series is slow are totally legit. The entire first episode was dealth with in 3-4 pages in the comic. I'm hoping thinking that things will pick up. As for that "humans showing their true side thing" If it stays with the comic's narrative that should show up with what Herchel's actually been doing with the zombies and what happens when they leave his farm.

It's been established that the CBC reported Hearsay. Unless they're the only ones that are right. He acknowledged that he was frustrated and might have dropped an F-bomb. But the initial CBC story had him calling her a bitch and having her going to the Union. Which led people, including posters here, to call him a misogynist. I think the CBC needed to get the issue of them harassing the guy at home out of the public eye so they found anything to make it about Ford again. Well that backfired because now the narrative is about their shitteh reporting. Perhaps Rob Ford can team up with Quebecor with in a Class Action Lawsuit for recent Libelous action

Another question that needs to be asked here. Sure we can all have a good chuckle about Old Mary Walsh making the mayor all scared. Who was the second man. Camera men aren't generally diminutive. So many assumptions have been made about this story.

Robert Kirkman brought in new characters so that people that are familiar with the comic would have no idea what's happening, it's a far different story. Would you say the same about characters that get eaten by zombies? Which happens frequently in this storyline. How about the death of Andrea's sister was that wrong of them to do? By now Shane should be dead. The head of the Vatos was a janitor and the people at the hospital were service staff there. The gangsters were helping them out because their relatives were patients there. Maybe it's not believable. It's a glimpse into how people may react positively. I'm curious if we'll see them again. I've never seen the Road, I saw 28 Days later and the only real reaction the main group of characters had with other "survivors" is this group of soldiers that wanted to enslave the women to ensure their survival and get their jollies off. Totally believable. Oh and having the main character become some primal commando after they attempt to kill him was weird. Another wildly unbelievable part of that film was the fact the main character actually survived. So much so that there's an alternative ending available where he dies.
