I remember you complaining that these new rules would force IT workers to cut Christmas trees or something like that. That doesn't appear to be the case. If you're a first time user of EI you can take wait for a job in your field that pays as low as 90% of what you earned before. Now if you're a repeat user of EI you can be forced to take different work as low as 70% of what you made before. This doesn't sound draconian at all. If you're a seasonal worker, you're a bum if you're just collecting EI on your down time.

But in that instance it is an investment in the future tax payments from a person. In Ontario, if you can prove that you lost your job from a dying industry and propose to go into an industry that has a good outlook you stand a good chance of not only getting the government to pay your tuition but you can get help with your month-to-month bills. For mature students the tuition isn't the problem, It's like a car loan. It's the fact that you have commitments like mortgages and children to worry about. That's the obstacle from going to school again.

A bit of a spoiler but at the end they show a preview of the next movie where they show this enemy called Thanos. My more comic book literate friends were saying he's the enemy for something called Infinity Gauntlet. Apparently much of Marvel got together to defeat him. That would include Spiderman, Fantastic Four, Silver Surfer etc.. It was pointed out that the current Captain America was the human torch in the Final Four movies. So another re-boot would be in order. A Justice League America movie would be tough considering the current state of the Batman franchise. You'd have to bring in a new Batman and perhaps a new Superman unless you want to bring back the guy from that horrible 2006 movie. Would Ryan Reynolds be in there too or would it be a bran new cast across the board.

I'd have no problem with free education of someone wants to go into an industry that has a high demand and a high chance of gainful employment once completed. But there are Liberal Arts degrees that make people only slightly more employable than out of high school, those shouldn't be free at all. In fact, I think, the current subsidies should be scraped on those "hobby" degrees.

I have watched the first two seasons on Netflix. Started watching Season 3 last night. Google told me that Season 4 will be on Netflix by early June and the final season starts on AMC in July. I guess by the time Walking Dead starts up again I'll be an expert in the world of cooking meth. Excellent show. I love the DEA agent Hank.

Saw it yesterday to avoid the rush of comic book fanboys. Can't say enough good stuff about this movie. Could have done without Archery Man but all the "real super heroes" were epic. Oh and Scarlett Johansson was a nice addition. You really have to have seen Iron Man 2, Captain America and Thor to know what's going on. There is a Hulk movie from a few years back with Edward Norton as Bruce Banner that was aight. They had an Tony Stark cameo in the movie. This hulk was far better. A movie with Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner would be great. Seeing the final battle scene in 3D where they pan from hero to hero was some of the best special effects I've ever seen.

Generic Whore #1 I suspect that scene wasn't in the book. Giving Tyrion a love interest is kind of odd I don't believe that he really loves her. The sexual tension between Theon and his sister is icky. What's to stop Jamie Lanister from tipping that canoe?
