  1. If he doesn't want to get off his couch, why would he go to the polling place to check if his vote was counted. Apparently you can check online.
  2. 5 states have been doing that for awhile. No wide-spread issues reported. I'll repeat all the states that matter use Solicited Absentee balloting.
  3. But it's not a fraudulent system. The President uses it to vote. Is he going to fly to West Palm beach to ensure his absentee vote is cast? And in the major battleground states solicited absentee voting is all there is. So what's the problem?
  4. Again, why would someone do that? You get a "solicited absentee ballot" so you don't have to go to the polling booth.
  5. Or how about you cite the claim you're making. It's forum rules.
  6. Yeah your fear-monger is certainly adult material. Are you the type of person that thinks Cops deserve 6 figures but teachers deserve minimum wage?
  7. A base level of police should exist. But in many communities, the police take up way too much of a cities budget. I would support a reduction of the police budget where I live. The only time you see them is sitting on the side of the road looking for people speeding. But I don't live in a place with high crime. I'd like you to cite that. Also note, Real Estate in New York is ridiculously high.
  8. Yep Soup. https://www.refinery29.com/en-us/2020/09/10001730/trump-cans-bags-of-soup-antifa-protestors You mean like this? https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/28/us/kyle-rittenhouse-kenosha-shooting/index.html
  9. Property values aren't high because of policing. They're high because the socio-economic conditions are good. Crime is more prevalent in places with High Poverty. Just like Toronto, New York is a big city. There are places I'd love to live in, and places I probably wouldn't.
  10. So why would you go to the trouble of filling out an absentee ballot only to go to the polling place anyway? The whole point of an absentee ballot is so you don't have to or can't vote in person. Note that Trump, himself advocated for absentee balloting, without the caveat that you have to be working abroad. Which is progress, I guess.
  11. Yes, I'm making light of it because the idea that far-right groups would be causing trouble is laughable. BUT BUT BUT SOUP!!!!!
  12. That's probably a good thing.
  13. He is video taped saying it. As with most things Trump related, they require little spin because they come out of his own mouth or Twitter account. He's clarifying now because of the heat he's taking.
  14. Either that or the Soros-funded planes of ANTIFA kids armed with cans of Soups.
  15. Trump showed what kind of morally bankrupt person he is today. He encouraged people to vote via absentee ballot and then try to vote in person on election day to see if they could. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/sep/03/north-carolinians-should-vote-twice-says-trump-despite-illegality After all if the system works you should be stopped. He's basically advocating for people to commit a crime. Using Trump's logic, if I walk out of a Walmart with something I didn't pay for, it's the Walmart's fault for not catching me. The Criminal mind at work.
  16. No facts were stated in said post. They were questions. Rhetorical Questions, but questions nonetheless.
  17. Are you not Canadian? It's almost like your posts are coming from a Database or something.
  18. Iowa is now the US COVID-19 Epicentre.

  19. It clear where people questioning Biden's mental fitness are getting their marching orders from. https://www.cnn.com/2020/09/02/politics/dhs-bulletin-russia-joe-biden/index.html
  20. Because Trump is a serial liar. You can't fact check someone during a debate.
  21. Cans of Soup!!!
  22. As COVID-19 cases level off or drop in the Southern US. It seems infection spikes have moved to the Midwest with states like Minnesota, Iowa, Montana, Idaho and the Dakotas seeing spikes in cases. What happened in South Dakota recently? https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/coronavirus-covid19-world-aug31-1.5705983

  23. Biden's convention speech got better ratings than Trump. . . that must sting!

So you accuse the Democrats of Nazi behaviour without any evidence of such. Interesting.

Well that's enough to make sweeping generalizations of the Democrats.

I'll go ahead and assume this image is largely representative of the Republican voter base.

  24. That's not what happens in most states. No Battleground states that I'm aware of.
