So if this Toronto shooter is a white man that can't get laid certain people will call for Gun Control, If he's a Muslim certain people will criticize Canada's Immigration policies. Either way talking points are being lined up.

I agree that is odd. No doubt they wanted to get ahead of the "OMG its a terrorist attack" mob response. Won't do any good of course, because for some people Muslims and terrorism can't be separated.
