As we can see in these very pages a lot of Canadian Tories like Trump and his policies. It’s up to PP to prove he has made the break with those people and wants to be a leader for all in this national crisis but his heart isn’t in it. He’s far more comfortable bashing Liberals.

Even if this were true would it be a big advantage for the Liberals? With support this soft complacency could easily creep in if people thought the party was further ahead than it was. I think most people know that polls can be wrong in close elections.

Are you referring to the NP article link you posted in your reply to me? Because nearly all of it is about Carney. I don’t see Brown referenced there at all and the article does not necessarily clear Poilievre. And his reply is comparing chalk with cheese.
