  1. Most of his policies were balderdash, but nobody cared, he didn't care, he was the Bulwark against the Pequiste and he was Framer of the Constitution. The rest of the shit was just "whatever, make something up, get it passed, or else". "What about the cruise missiles?!" Let the Americans shoot their missiles, who cares? "What about unemployment?!" Get a fuckin job, hippies. "What about inflation?!" Stop bothering me with details' Anybody remember the Alpha Flight comic? Where he's in the comic secretly setting up the Canadian Superhero Team? That's basically it, that's how he ran the government. Like Professor X. lol

  2. I have been waiting for a while to see if anyone here knows or even suspected WHY the Clerk of the Privy Council would so far overstep the bounds and dignity of his office to spue that line of partisan rhetoric. You will notice that the CBC, CTV, Global, and I suspect all of the print media anxious to get THEIR handout from Butts/Morneau of the $600,000,000.00 "independent" media slush fund won't scratch the surface or sniff around to find out where that awful smell is coming from. Remember the name of the criminal organization that is trying to buy their way from being convicted of their crimes or simply paying a fine? Anyone care to recall WHO is the Chairman of the Board? Ever heard of Kevin G. Lynch, PC, OC???? You may remember his a bit better if I remind you that he was....wait for it...previously the Clerk of the Privy Council. What REALLY pisses me off is that nobody in the CPC has bothered to inform Scheer of that. Still don't think that the knee pads and lipstick in the PMO is reserved for entertaining SNC???

  5. Trump is merely a means to an end. The purpose of Trump was simply to stop Billary, then cause a crisis inside the Beltway, because crisis = opportunity.

  7. Exactly, because the MSM corporate media are Eskimo Communist sympathizing Scandinavian worshiping coastal elites, so it is in their interests to; a) divide & conquer b) keep both sides fearful therein c) invoke foreign devils at the gates d) declare the sky to be falling if all else fails.

  8. You know, you're right. It's easy to take for granted things. I pretty much do what I want outside of work. I can do almost anything on my own property. I built a 35 x 75 shop with no permits or permission. I can go into that shop and build a 50 cal rifle and it would be completely legal. I can put that weapon in my truck, loaded if I wish, drive where I want without being stopped or questioned. I can shoot guns nearly anywhere outside of populated areas. As one example, most of the earth's population couldn't do those things. Hat's off to the power and influence of corporate media propaganda. They do a good job of making one feel under siege and losing ground. There is a lot of work ahead to reset things, thankfully the propagandists are committing suicide through their hatred of Trump. The MSM holds far less influence today than it did 3 years ago.

  9. Otherwise known as American Democracy in action, everything actually working exactly as it is supposed to, hysterical screeching of the cast down coastal elites notwithstanding.

  10. They ideals are not tarnished, the coastal elites have simply discredited themselves, and so are locked into their cantonments by the Electoral College, while the Supreme Court is being taken by the freedom lovers.

  11. How did Emperor Ronaldus Maximus put it ? America should be a Shining Beacon of Freedom and Liberty, the Light of the World. That's America's role in the world. Sadly, coastal elites have been attacking that idea for 60 years, and they tarnished the ideals.

  12. Apparently we need corruption the way we need fossil fuels and stopping corruption will destroy the economy.

  13. Why are you talking to them? It's not really natural to have a light conversation with someone on the other side of the world for no reason. This is the context I crave. For some reason you like to dance around answering the questions anyone would ask. Maybe you think this is clever, I don't know. It leads to a series of half-interesting conversation openings which you like to pepper with Cheshire Cat observations.

  14. Agreed. Jobs are not as big an issue as the apologists for Trudeau would have us believe. The contracts that they have will likely be allowed to be completed - if only to avoid costly transitioning. Any contracts that they might bid on in the next 10 years would be won by other Canadian companies using Canadian workers. And all of that is dependent on SNC LOSING the criminal trial and then even so, perhaps the judge may offer his own "remedial" sentence that might be far less that a 10 year prohibition. One thing is sure - if we don't crack down on Corporate ethics, it will either continue unabated - or corrupt lobbyists like SNC will gain and undeserved advantage. It has to stop.

  15. Not sure what the issue is. For non-commercial interactions you start with an assumed level of civility and let your street smarts take you. For commercial interactions, you give them your Visa card to begin.
