His words and random mumblings are meaningless US industry groups from every industrial sector have testified that depend on USMCA including automotive, manufacturing, home building, retail and others. Ultimately Trump can’t can’t cancel CUSMA. All he can do is refuse to renew it for a 16 year term and instead will renew year to year. Cancelling would require an act of congress which even republicans don’t support. His tariffs are already the most unpopular policy of one of the most unpopular presidents in living memory. And he will be outnof office in a little over 18 months

Sure Kid... refute something you picked out of your sorry áss. Show me Words matter. Try understanding them sometimes rather than what you want to believe. You shift into 'I got nothing else so I'll just be a bigger idi0t' gear seamlessly don't you... 🤡 -
Kudos to Canada for leading the Gordie Howe International Bridge project...well done !

Whatever, I'm not getting into all that anti-vaccine BS. All I know though is that in comparison to our closet neighbor and other western countries we had far less deaths. They must have done something right. -
So the word quote doesn't mean quote. LMAO! Would it be too much to ask you people to put together a dictionary that contains all the changes you've made to the English language.
-
That's the standard for verbatim definitions and you people are sticking with it till your dying day. Partisanship has clearly left the world in some strange post Babylonian state where no one speaks the same language anymore. I can't think of anything that'll drive the world off a cliff faster. At least the people of Babel tried to cooperate.

So to my question again... What part of what I said about Trump was untrue, and how my comment didn't relate to her. -

Poilievre vs Carney: Critical Issue
LinkSoul60 replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Yep, have to hand it to Smith for trying to save her àss don't you... If I was king I'd find the money to give each one of them a one way ride out of the country, after I collect my 25% departures taxes, and be done with it. Equalization payments are in our constitution and people in BC, SK, MB or the Atlantic provinces work just as hard as those in the provinces you said are putting bread on the table. You're in NB and benefitting from those payments so tough to side with AB separatists right. -

STILL crying and butthurt because you can't refute the points huh Kid You literally said that trump is to blame for this. It was your first comment. The words. But in context of the discussion nobody was talking about trump. So your comments indicate that trump is to blame for what's happening because of 'political divisiveness' not the person who did the act. Don't pee in your own pants more by pretending otherwise. You brought up trump, you kept bringing up trump and you kept saying that it's his wrongdoing that's the issue here Kiddo the fact that EVERYBODY sees through your shit doesn't have anything to do with me. This is a "you" problem. You look like a dumb twat and are surprised when people call you a dumb twat. -

Poilievre vs Carney: Critical Issue
LinkSoul60 replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
It's been over a year that Trudeau has been gone. You need to get over it, and get over liberals winning again. Find better part leaders and you might have a chance. What has he done to make you think he doesn't care, and what strategy is it that's cost jobs? Cite where he said 'SO tariffs are not that bad of a deal' You're probably right that a lot of Canadians didn't care about our military spending. Admittedly there were a lot of my years where I didn't either. So be it, that's the past and again, fair to say it's changed. We're spending more, recruitment is up, and we're creating jobs. Try having a positive outlook rather than a negative one.... can't do anything about it anyway, and makes the day a little better. -
Lol. It wasn't a crocodile Dundee knife. It was a cheap, Walmart multi tool. You're all for people walking around daily with handguns, but a Black kid with a $13 multi tool is suspicious-- looking for trouble. See how pervasive it is? You don't even realize your doing it. And your bullshit narrative about sports culture is just nonsense. It was a track meet. A non contact sport. And it's common for the athletes to mingle. Metcalf's Coach "Defense attorney Mike Howard asked him if he was aware of any policy or expectation that prohibited students from sitting under other team tents. The coach said no and testified that his athletes would mingle with their friends from other schools during their downtime." Anthony didn't show up to cause terrible. He was there to say hi to a friend. Metcalf's teammate told detectives that another teammate (Anthony's friend) called him into the tent. Invited him in. He sat down and talked about the weather. Metcalf was apparently feeling particularly territorial, and was probably a 17 year old boy about it. You've constructed an imaginary narrative about what Anthony was doing and why he was doing it. Wonder why?

Canada slips into recession as economy stalls
CdnFox replied to CdnFox's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
You mean you brought it up exactly the way I said you did. And then freaked out when I answered that yeah he does have magical answers. I assumed you were being somewhat rhetorical and didn't actually think that magic existed but now I realize that you're just that self delusional As to the rest yes he does have absolutely solid ideas how to resolve the issues and turn the economy around. He's not vague about it. I listed a bunch of really good ones . He's produced many results in his life and has had a successful career in the government. Which mark carney cannot claim And I can absolutely prove that Mark Carney's promises and platform were built largely on promises and ideas that poilievre had already made and everybody has commented on this. Is beyond childish that you are attempting to claim otherwise And I'm happy to provide evidence and proof Did Carney steal conservative ideas for his election - Google Search While the Liberals argue that Carney is simply steering the party back to a pragmatist, "political centre", critics point out several major conservative policy planks that Carney adopted or adapted: [1, 2] 1. Housing and GST Cuts Poilievre pledged to eliminate the GST on new home builds under $1 million. Carney subsequently introduced an identical platform policy to cut the GST for first-time homebuyers on new or heavily renovated homes under $1 million, drawing direct accusations of platform theft. [1] 2. Immigration Restraints Under Justin Trudeau, the Liberals oversaw historic peaks in immigration. Poilievre repeatedly criticized these targets as unsustainable. During his leadership bid and subsequent election push, Carney broke from his predecessor by publicly conceding that immigration levels had gotten out of control, later introducing the Safe Borders Act to scale them back. [1, 2] 3. Capital Gains and Middle-Class Taxation [1] Following aggressive Conservative pushback against Trudeau-era capital gains tax hikes, Carney's Liberals moved to scrap those very increases. Carney also admitted the federal government had overtaxed the middle class, adjusting his economic platform toward middle-class tax relief—a narrative long dominated by Poilievre. [1, 2] 4. Natural Resources and Pipelines Carney shifted the Liberal approach on resource development closer to the Conservative stance. When former Greenpeace activist and Liberal minister Steven Guilbeault spoke out against constructing new pipelines, Carney publicly overruled him, explicitly stating his administration would support pipeline creation. [1, 2] 5. Fiscal Deficits and Spending [1] Carney openly criticized the "lost decade" of his own party's past rule, agreeing with Tory talking points that runaway federal spending, bloated civil servant hiring, and heavy deficits had severely weakened the domestic economy. [1, 2] OOOOPSIE!!!! YOU WERE WRONG AGAIN YOU LYING FREAK LOL I always provide proof, you always lie, and then always accuse me of lying. Pathetic And yeah trudeau takes the platforms from the conservatives and simply says the same thing but more. For example he waited till Erin put out his platform and then took the housing numbers and added 200 million to it, took the other spending and just added some money to it, it was very blatant. The media called it 'overlap' As to the recession, you don't understand at all. We are in a recession and that's just the way it is. It's like a technical pregnancy or a technical break and enter. Putting the word technical in front of it doesn't change it Some economists having to gated that they believe it's probably going to be shallow and short and that's great but they follow up by saying even if we recover from a recession we're going to be at miserably low growth rates far below other countries and far below what we should be So your entire argument is that we shouldn't say that we're doing terrible we should just say that we're doing really bad. There is nobody who isn't partisan who is suggesting we're doing well. At best they might say there are a few positive indicators that suggest things aren't completely crashing You've embarrassed yourself again. -

You minions are pieces of work... I said Trump perpetuates political divisiveness (fact) and the same right wing clowns rush to his defence with the usual 'what about Biden' so-called arguements. Couldn't care less about Biden, inflation, the economy, Stormy Daniels, Epstein, or his 34 felony counts because that wasn't my comment. Why do you like Trump so much. What's his most endearing quality for you? -
Sure kid. Kid it's what you do. You constantly accuse others of what you do. When i say you're a liar i can prove it with facts the majority of the time, but you NEVER can. Simply not true and you know it. I constantly post facts, and you left wing twinkies constantly demand i repost them again and again. Your problem is you can't cope with reality so you just prefer to lie about it. Morality and logic are both real, sorry for reality butting into your echo chamber like that. And here you are lying proving my point 100%. I very specifically said above that it would be perfectly normal for you to criticize republicans, or even be angry at them. I used those words only a few posts ago And here you are claiming that I have said that you couldn't criticize them. A 100% contradiction to what I actually said. You couldn't have proven you were the liar here more effectively than that. Criticism, fine. Anger fine. Commentary about failed policy or the like, fine. Being happy and excited that people are hurt and dying because it lets you win points on the net? Not fine. I can't believe this needed to be explained to you. No that's still your side. THRILLED when kirk was killed, OVERJOYED when a medical exec was shot, ELATED when trup was shot but disappointed the guy's aim wasn't better... Conservatives see it necessary to kill people who slaughter innocent women and children without cause. Conservatives don't' have a problem enforcing laws and understand that when someone drives a car at a cop and hits him the cop is right to defend himself. They're not gleeful, they just recognize sometimes that has to happen. You on the other hand were excited as HELL that people were getting killed!!!! Yaaaayy!! Makes trump look bad so war is great!
