Thankfully it's his first job in politics. Why would we want a politician negotiating for us? The vast majority of people want someone negotiating that first of all understands how to negotiate, and then understands global trade and business. Wrong. The US constitution is written for citizens, not everyone. If the US constitution were written for everyone then it wouldn't be the US constitution - it would be the Everyone constitution. Since the US constitution is not the Everyone constitution, then it's obvious that that 14 amendment applies to citizens only.
