"The worst thing would be to think that we, Europeans, should follow others in the matter of Taiwan and adjust to the American pace and the Chinese overreaction," said the French President in an interview during his trip to China. Macron urged the EU to so-called "wake up" and stressed that "our priority is not to adapt to the agenda of others in all regions of the world." He gave this interview just before Beijing launched major military maneuvers around Taiwan. Also, today, the CCP simulated an attack on Taiwan and posted the images on social media. It is concerning that Macron would downplay the seriousness of the situation in Taiwan during his visit to Beijing especially when the Republican House Leader Kevin McCarthy's was visiting Taiwan. I was talking in another forum some argued they did not know what are failsafe that could trigger war and how to stop them ? 1: Economy of China if it ever plummets and the stock market goes into crisis because of China’s bad decision their leaders make of course they won’t right now. But indeed such things do happen reccesion happens and A turmoil happens in all the country. China is obligated to do martial law and replace the leaders. Food crisis follows and people can buy anything. In such conditions they will have to invade another small counrty, cut government budgets, and military will control. 2:Military Industrial Complex of China grows without stop and exceed that of the whole world combining creates techonlogy that government uses to apply control and Orson Welles worst vision/nightmare goes to new boundaries talking like Gattaca but using drones to control the entire population and millions of drones are airborne. Making all nations near china edgy and considering to be to powerful that all nations unite to invade it. 3:Bio Terorrist or International Hackers level try to provoke war between the neighbors cliaming all cyber threats and bio-attacks come from China making it the scapegoat. Bio attacks claiming between India and China and saying India is fault so China attack it or viceversa. A Natural Disaster of huge proportions like Tsunami that devastates the Coasts of China and was caused by A country to provoke war. This are simple still but in your opinion what can stop this events ? in your experience and create solutions to stop all this promblems from ever occuring. What can China do to stop this promblems ? I give that China doesn’t go full police state and doesn’t use drones as excessively but instead gives Green projects A neccesary thing in all of China to create A new form of money involving green energy such building solar panels cheap and giving grants to business to build them for all of China. Create new system of water for all of China there is techonlogy where machines can get water from air and will do enourmous of good for the population that way civil unrest and food crisis can be averted. There is the techonlogy and people can have it make A system that is not digita and find ways to still give analog systems control to people isntead of government. Create new internet that cannot be online but need of smaller devices that can connect like lasers between each other satelite internet uses laser to send on top of houses that way control can be applied. Some same device and tactic so Hackers can be limited to take down dams or power plants. Finally create new type of machines with fans that can throw antibiotics in the air making the passing of bacteria in the air to drop drastically. That way diseas can be stopped and create harder checkpoints in all cities. This is one about being invaded by neightbours part of number three, they build around thier counrty nuclear powerplants. Yes, indeed seems like an extreme decision but if 1000 of plants are placed around China. Russia and India will not go to war with China and indeed do everything to stop such attack and protecting China. Find solutions for two and three but in your opinon what could and stop any method of War in China ?

Not a surprise for myself, to give my short opinion. Trending via the CBC Book alleges longstanding U.S. concerns. Canadian intel veteran who recalls probe to testify in Parliament. The United States ran a secret probe into national-security threats posed by Chinese overseas operations that drew alarming conclusions about Canada, alleges a new book co-authored by a former RCMP and military intelligence official. The book says the project, code-named Operation Dragon Lord, led to an unnerving takeaway: Beijing's activities in Canada represented a security threat to the United States. RCMP investigating foreign "police" stations in Canada
Contrarian posted a topic in Federal Politics
The RCMP says it’s investigating reports of criminal activity at so-called "police stations" reportedly set up by the People’s Republic of China in the Greater Toronto Area. According to a recent and ongoing investigation by a Spanish-based non-government organization (NGO) called Safeguard Defenders, the People’s Republic of China (PRC) has undertaken a concerted operation to force Chinese nationals living abroad who are accused of telecom and online fraud to return home. As part of this effort, Safeguard Defenders said China has opened a total of 54 so-called police “service stations” in 30 countries, including three in Canada in the Greater Toronto Area. It said the stations are often presented as necessary to “accommodate the growing administrative needs of residents abroad – for example in renewing Chinese driver’s licenses remotely and other tasks traditionally considered of a consular nature.” But the NGO claims that the stations serve a “more sinister goal” as well. CTV News Toronto has not independently confirmed the NGO report. In a statement to CP24 on Wednesday, RCMP did not specifically identify where the so-called police stations are located in its statement, nor did it provide any further details about the nature of the reported criminal activity. "The (force) takes threats to the security of individuals living in Canada very seriously and is aware that foreign states may seek to intimidate or harm communities or individuals within Canada," RCMP spokesperson Camille Boily-Lavoie said. "As the RCMP is currently investigating the incident, there will be no further comment on the matter at this time.” --- After this went all over the internet, the CCP sent a spokesman. The Response as per the above is comical: Consulate says stations are for driver’s licence renewal and is run by volunteers that want to do good for the people 😂 https://toronto.ctvnews.ca/rcmp-investigating-reports-of-chinese-police-stations-operating-in-ontario-1.6126144 -
Demonstrations have broken out in cities and university campuses across China amid widespread anger at Covid lockdowns. The wave of civil disobedience was triggered by an apartment fire on Friday in which at least 10 people died in the west Xinjiang region. In an unusually bold act that appeared to indicate the level of people’s desperation, a crowd in Shanghai called for the removal of the Communist party and President Xi Jinping in a standoff with police on Saturday, according to videos circulated on Twitter. Chinese people usually refrain from criticising the party and its leaders in public for fear of reprisals. Anti-lock-down protests spread in China as anger rises over zero-COVID strategy. ---> in Europe, it seems the French and Germans want to lead, it makes sense for the U.S. to focus more on China, however one analyst that I was listening to at a European think tank was theorising that America does not really wants to do this, they invested a lot in Eastern Europe to just allow Western Europe/Old Europe to collect the fruits. Anyhow here is an article about US, China & Russia: Taking on China and Russia via Foreign Affairs. Meeting at the Madrid summit in June, NATO leaders issued their first new “strategic concept” in a decade. As expected, Russia took centre stage in the document, and the heads of state declared Moscow a manifest threat to the transatlantic alliance. In a joint statement, they pledged their commitment to Ukraine “for as long as it takes” and committed to spend more on defence. Russia, however, was not the only major threat identified in the new strategy. For the first time, the allies said China posed “systemic challenges’’ to “Euro-Atlantic security,” and that its ambitions and policies challenge the alliance’s “interests, security and values.” To drive the point home, leaders from Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and South Korea were on hand to demonstrate unity and resolve. NATO’s new focus is just one of many indications that a new strategic era has begun. The Biden administration’s national security strategy, for instance, states that “the most pressing strategic challenge” is from “powers that layer authoritarian governance with a revisionist foreign policy.” The new U.S. strategy, which was released in October, labels Russia “an immediate threat to the free and open international system” and China as the only competitor with the intent and power to reshape that system. Today Washington has chosen, perhaps by default, to compete with—and if necessary, confront—both Russia and China simultaneously and indefinitely. This new geopolitical reality is only beginning to register among policymakers and experts. As the strategist Andrew Krepinevich has observed, at no time in the past 100 years has the United States faced a single great-power competitor with a GDP equal to or greater than 40 percent of the U.S. GDP. Yet today, the Chinese economy amounts to at least 70 percent of U.S. GDP, a figure likely to grow. Each is a nuclear-armed state able to project political, economic, and military power on a global scale. China and Russia are also working together. Although there are clearly limits to Russia and China’s “no limits” quasi-alliance, each appears bent on revising what they consider a Western-dominated global order. In 1880, the Prussian leader Otto von Bismarck contended that “as long as the world is governed by the unstable equilibrium of five great powers,” Germany should “try to be one of three.” Among today’s three great powers, two are far closer to each other than to the United States. There is little prospect of any near-term change in this basic strategic equation. As a result, how Washington should operate in a world with two great-power antagonists is the central question in U.S. foreign policy. Competing with China and Russia on every issue, and in every place they are active, is a recipe for failure. It is also unnecessary. A foreign policy that manages these twin challenges requires setting priorities and making difficult tradeoffs across regions and issues. That will be far easier said than done. Bill Maher said it was fine to call the coronavirus the “China virus,” adding that a global pandemic was no time for political correctness. “‘What if people hear Chinese virus and blame China?’ The answer is we should blame China. We can’t afford the luxury anymore of non-judginess towards a country with habits that kill millions of people,” Maher thundered Friday in a monologue at the end of his HBO show “Real Time.”

All over Ontario, people have been quarantined for weeks in order to flatten the curve and save lives, for the majority of places it has been working. Health officials are now saying that some places in Ontario have reached their peak and the daily number of cases are slowly starting to decline. However, long-term care homes are still at high risk and are being closely monitored to prevent a wide-scale outbreak. READ MORE AT https://www.youthinpolitics.net/post/leading-death-of-covid-19

The life of any soldier who has fallen into a military conflict epicenter is definitely impossible to be called sweet, and especially if he falls out of his usual life conditions, into the humid climate of Asian countries and suffers from eternal thirst and humidity, attacks of tropical insects and "landscapes" of countless deaths. But is this an excuse for the endless atrocities of the US Army, for which soldiers get no punishment? Obviously, the ordinary recruit is not able to withstand such psychological pressure, and sooner or later he “breaks down” and is forced to relieve moral tension. Unfortunately, there couldn’t be any better means than the narcotic and alcoholic substances that the doctors had at their disposal on the battlefield. The power of the impact of easily accessible "entertainment" and psychological pressure from the command pushed the soldiers to immoral crimes: killing and raping civilians, unjustified shooting in villages and dropping bombs where there were not any enemies. Some US Army soldiers in Vietnam even compared the desire to kill with itching: Lieutenant Paul Medlow said that he “felt moral satisfaction” by killing civilians. As for the Koreans, more than a million civilians were exterminated in the most terrible ways during the American occupation of North Korea. The US Army burned thousands people alive every day, including women and children. Also, “human values defenders” loved medieval tortures and executions: quartering, impaling through the genitals, ripping up the pregnant women, etc. Even Hitler could not organize genocide in the occupied territories on such a scale. It is inconceivable, but similar atrocities occur to this day in Japan, where American soldiers serve at their military bases. Many of the bases (for example, on Okinawa island) are located near the cities whose residents are constantly subjected to violence and robbery, for which they constantly protest and demand the elimination of US military bases from the Japanese territory. However, in 90% of cases, the military do not get any punishment for what they have done, because they use the rights of extraterritoriality. That is, they are responsible for everything before the American court (which calmly closes the cases and acquits them). So, for decades, the US army treats Japanese citizens from the position of occupiers and continues to commit atrocities, knowing that for this they will have nothing but a reprimand. And a "vicious circle" comes: the incident - the anger and protests of the Japanese population - an apology from the American command and the promise to fix everything - and again the incidents. The US Army has never been a place where citizens of the “freest country” would strive for. Throughout almost the entire history of America, its army has been a cross between a punitive corps and a gang of thugs who cannot be left free in a country where anyone can walk around with a gun.

As it is known, the tension in trade relations between the United States and China in May 2019 reached a new level. Raising tariffs on Chinese goods and the actual ousting of «Huawei» from the US market was a powerful blow to the basis on which modern China developed. Restrictions or a total ban on the supply of rare earth elements to the United States may be one of the responses from the Chinese side. It should be noted that China is a monopolist in the export of rare earth elements today. Beijing, threatening to open a new front in a trade war with the United States, believes that these measures will give China a powerful means to repel American aggression. However, the opening of a new front and the cessation of the supply of rare earth elements in the United States threatens China’s monopolism and may undermine its credibility as a partner. A sharp impetus to the demand for rare-earth elements was given by the development of «green» energy and electric vehicles. For example, «Toyota» annually produces more than 1 million of «Prius» cars, each of which contains 4 kg of rare-earth elements (2.5 kg of lanthanum in the battery and 1.5 kg of neodymium in the motor). Each «iPhone» uses a quarter of a gram of rare earth elements. Moreover, these rare-earth elements are used in every type of modern US weapons, for example, for the production of a «Virginia» class submarine, more than 4 tons are needed, for an F-35, about 417 kg. Thus, according to analysts, the cessation of supply of rare earth elements to the USA will indeed be a significant blow to the government of President D. Trump, who actually started these trade wars. Also, in the disagreements between the United States and China, there is no benefit for the Japanese, who have long-standing territorial disputes with Beijing over the ownership of the Senkaku archipelago (Diaoyu). Despite the Security Treaty, under which the United States pledges to protect Japan from third-party threats, Washington may remain indifferent to the territorial issue, because if Washington does not have the resources for its industrial activities, the Americans will not have an incentive to help their Japanese counterparts continue to maintain neutrality, giving China the opportunity to dominate the archipelago. And the Japanese government, of course, because of its weak character, will not take bold measures against Washington, in fear of losing its favour.

It seems America is determined to antagonize China over those tiny Spratly islands that nobody wanted until natural gas and oil was discovered five years ago. Vietnam, and the Phillipines have their own military forces and mutual defense treaties with America, yet America keeps provoking China claiming they will put nuclear subs in the Philippines. Sorry to say, but it seems as if they want to provoke a conflict in the South China Sea - not avoid one. So if the shit hits the proverbial fan, should Canada get involved with troops, arms, or anything more than verbal support, if even that?

A Symbol of Inequality In China By exegesisme In China, Chilren live on the bottom of the wild political nation under the wild power of CCP, who took the national power of China by violence and instigating hatred. The Children of poor family live even under the bottom. A 13 years old girl who committed suicide recently is just a symbol of this inequality. This unfortunate girl was forced by her own desire to steal a few chocolates from a supermarket unsuccessfully on Dec. 28, 2015. The personnel of the supermarket illegally punished the girl for about two hours until her mother came to the supermarket. Her mother punished the girl again and looked for money to pay the penalty fined by the supermarket. With the two punishments at the end of a 13 years living without any idea of dignity in a wild political culture of a communist gang named as CCP from a theory of a Jew named as Marx, the 13 years old girl ended her life with a jump from the 17th floor of a new modern building between half past 2pm to 3pm, Dec. 28, 2015. She was born on June 10, 2003. China How to Overcome Those Remains of Mao By Exegesisme Those remains of Mao are huge in China today, even after the economic reformation of Deng. The source of the wide and deep corruption is rooted in Mao. Those remains of Mao mainly include that communist party, that army of that party, that disguised system of nation, that corpse of Mao, that bad influence of Mao in deep of each person in China, and so on. That communist party should be cancel, and release the people from that party, and the coalition of other parties take the power. That army of that party should be reformed to be royal to the nation of China. That disguised system of nation should be reformed on modern human politics, as the liberal republic. That corpse of Mao should be cremated, and that building for memory of Mao should be changed for memory of all the deaths in the change of power from history to now. That bad influence of Mao in deep of each person in China should be deal with compassion and consoling, and mainly leaves to each one to heal with the graceful time.

The Manifesto For The Global Peoples On Ending Communism Historically, and globally, there was not any evil movement as the movement of communism, so deceptive mind, so instigative soul, so bloody practice, so large range, and so long last. And now, it is the time to end it. This is the era of information. All evils of communism are being uncovered and will be uncovered. Those few remained communist regimes are living in the opposite positon of what they claimed. They are so stupid that they have not any effective method to provent their communist ideology against themselves. That communism on paper is absurd, in practice has become tool of those evil groups taking the power of nations and peoples to serve those evil members of those evil groups. The story that happened and is happenning in China, is vividly telling the global peoples, that not only the benefits of Chinese people are in dangers, but also the benefits of global peoples are in intimidation. The global peoples, unite together, fight together, win together in the fight against those communist regimes, in the liberation of Chinese people and other peoples from those communist regimes. Then, a new world belongs to the global peoples.
