You are correct though that everyone has a right to voice their disappointment, but people listing to the same 'disappointment' schtick day in day out also have the right to tell someone to STFU and complain to someone who cares. But you got me.... you're easily my favourite poster 👍 Regarding Carney's progress, it obviously easy enough for anyone to find, but here is one guy's report card; https://paulstewartii.substack.com/p/mark-carneys-first-year-as-prime-37b 1 Quote

You think poking trump in the eye ever 5 mins is s good strategy for trade relations...We know what he likes and what he does not, and now we poke him for fun....We will see this summer who is opinions where well thought our or not... No not pleased at all, He touted himself to be the MAN who could handle trump, and get us the deal we are all looking for...and a year later he states he does not think we are going to get a deal....and liberal voters think no deal is better than a bad one....a Year later that's all that is on the table, and each day that goes by Canada bleeds jobs....Instead watching him talk to trump was embarrassing...the guy that had all the skill and charm could not even get off his knees... 1 Quote We, the willing, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. SpankyMcFarland Posted April 14 Report Posted April 14 Long term, I find it difficult to believe that American car companies will compete with Chinese ones on price. There are legitimate criticisms of China’s manufacturing strategy at the moment but in the end we should be free to decide what to buy. Quote ‘How small we make our worlds. Absolutely, let the market decide what they want to buy. An affordable Chinese built EV is going to appeal to a lot of people and create a price point that NA manufacturers will need to be at for competitiveness. Competition is a good thing, and so is the strategy to bring these in if Trump is hell bent on breaking our industry. 1 Quote
