That's a pretty poor analogy. If ICE determines that a certain suspect(rightfully presumed to be dangerous) is at a certain location, they don't send in one agent in assuming that the person is going to not resist. They have to be prepared for the worst.

But they are not looking for just one molester, and even if they were, many more illegals can be at the targeted site/location.   Human trafficking stash houses can have dozens of individuals, work places too.   ICE can't/shouldn't show up with just the minimum level of agents/force.

It's not like all the illegals with court ordered removals from years ago are going to voluntarily walk down to the ICE detention facility and turn themselves in.
