From what I have seen, she was raised in a very affluent family, went to exclusive schools, and I've seen clips where she speaks English properly. No...not "dumb". An "opportunistic liar" is what I call her. 

Jasmine Crockett didn't speak "ghetto" before she entered politics and she came on strong with the whole shtick after The Donald became POTUS...again.
