Or maybe you don't know what the laws are concerning the killing of terrorist....And it is not just the US that kills terrorist , Canada and the rest of the western world...does it as well....in fact the longest sniper shot was a JTF-2 sniper in Syria....he was killing terrorist by the dozens....were they murders as well.... In a war. Against an actual foe. Not in international waters simply by claiming they were terrorists. Which even drug smugglers aren't. Quote

Nope...Did you know we had combat troops in Syria ? most likely not....was Canada invited by Syria to fight this terrorist....nope...So what is the difference from killing terrorist on land or water ? US even Canada has declared 5 or 6 cartels as terrorist groups....Canada has declared the same drug cartels as terrorist....So i ask again what is the difference between those on the ground or water....Military lawyers and our own government lawyers go though hours of research to make up the Rules of engagement which are passed on to the military to carry out...now before any weapon is released or trigger is pulled every member of the military goes through the checklist and if the target meets all those things on the check list they get a one to one meeting with Allah... This all goes on behind the scenes that most people don't know or care to find out....but it does go around the clock 365 days a year....the only reason your finding out these ones is the government wants to send a clear message to everyone...play reindeer games you get reindeer results...only without the bow, and wrapping paper...
