Justice: The actions of ICE are justice for the victims of illegal aliens as well as all Americans.

You keep saying this like you have some major legal incite. The reality is, Asylum is more like a not guilty plea than legalization of what they did. Yes, they broke the law, and they admit that. But they are looking for an exemption. Until a judge rules that they are deserving of asylum, they are considered in the country illegally with deportation delayed, pending review. 

The reality is, the Council of Presidents, that acted on Joe Biden's behalf, violated the law by releasing the illegal aliens and delaying their hearing. The law REQUIRED the government to hold the illegal aliens for hearing within two weeks.

Depends on if their asylum claims are valid or not. When Biden ignored the law and let people sit around trying to claim asylum anyhow or people try to claim asylum after they have already been here illegally for tool long... they are here illegally and they get deported according to law.
