Is there anything in the Constitution preventing him from being JD Vance's running mate and then killing Vance in cold blood in front of the cameras at the inauguration?
Seems he could get away with that too. appeal and appeal until long after he's dead himself.
He'd also be older than Biden and the same suckholes in this forum would cheer him on..

You're an ldiot.

Trump didn't "get away with" anything.

He got away FROM left-wing psychopaths. He got away FROM their bullshit kangaroo trials, he got away FROM two assassination attempts.

He's ALWAYS a step or two AHEAD of you psychopaths because it's the only he can keep you scumbags from flushing America down the toilet.

It's quite simple, really:

When Trump wins, America wins. When leftist shitbags win, America loses.

Fake news.

Sure kid :)   I guess that's one way of trying to cope :)

Don’t take advantage of the fact that the search function has been disabled to make false claims.

????  what the hell are you talking about now?

Quote

And Trump didn’t say he was going to try and amend the constitution he said falsely and vaguely that there are ways around it.

That was what i said kiddo.  You know, what you called 'fake news' :)  LOLOL

Quote

The MAGA obsession with clickbait style “cheat codes” for reality has been written about before, they’re oftenpromising solutions using “this one neat trick”

Was the people who 'wrote about it before' the voices in your head?

This is easily the stupidest weird version of fake criticism we've seen from you people.

Quote

You know like “say these 3 words in an interview to get any job” or “say these one thing on a date to make any girl fall in love”.

Wow.  Ok, no more late night television for you young man.

Quote

There was the Oathkeeper who promised he had “one neat trick” to avoid a Jan 6 conviction (spoiler alert he went to prison).   Now Trump is claiming he has “one neat trick” that nobody knows about to allow him to run again. And you believe it?

So someone claimed something totally different in every way compared to what trump said so that proves they're exactly the same :)  LOL

Kid, people including politicians from both sides have been taking advantage of legal loopholes since the time of the romans.  And the dems are no different, hillary's entire case was based on that and so was trump's criminal trial. There's tonnes of examples and nobody sane anywhere would suggest it's some sort of 'republican' thing.

Your hatred and your bigotry is leading you to make very poor arguments. Calm down and step it up

Quote

And let me ask you this, let’s just say for arguments sake that his lawyers did find some sort of technical loophole or flaw in the language of the constitution that allowed him to ignore it…..would you really support presidents doing that going forward?

Kid, every president everywhere has done that or tried very hard to do it or both.

Obama was horrible for it. He elevated presidential overreach to an art form.  Biden was too, remember the several times he was going to push through loan forgiveness with a technicality (didn't work but by god he tried).  And least it sound like i'm picking on the dems, republicans are no better

This is the way it is whether i support it or not. Americans have not held gov'ts responsible for that in the past and now precedent is set.  All it means is that you have to write better laws to minimize that.  But part of the rule of law is that if the law can be interpreted to allow something then it's allowed.

If trump pulls that crap the people of america will have the right to decide if they're ok with it and want to allow it or not by their vote.  If it's even legal.

But the MAGA movement has a cultural obsession with it. That’s because a significant percentage of them are chronic underachievers: 40 yr old virgins, high school dropouts, and so on….people who constantly look for shortcuts in life and blame others for their lack of success. Look at Trump’s cabinet, never in history has a presidential administration had so many unqualified hacks in it.   Usually the people who walk those halls come from the highest levels of the private and public sector with impressive education and experience.  Trump’s group is all kooks and dingbats of little to no accomplishments other than kissing Trumps ass. Cheat code!

No, nobody has tried to run for a third term. Don’t confuse policies you personally don’t agree with a president trying to undermine the constitution to remain in power. Seriously student loans is what you come back with?

As for this things you think Biden and Obama did that were overreach Trump is on track done far more and far worse in just the 2 months he’s been in office. For all the chest-beating and clothes tearing you did whenever Obama or Biden issued an executive order just remember Trump issued the most and his second term only just started amd of course suddenly republicans are quiet again

Donald J. Trump signed 103 Executive orders in 2025.

Joseph R. Biden, Jr., signed 162 Executive orders between 2021 and 2025.

Donald J. Trump signed 220 Executive orders between 2017 and 2021.

Barack Obama signed 277 Executive orders between 2009 and 2017.

George W. Bush signed 291 Executive orders between 2001 and 2009.

Yes, any person not eligible for the presidency is not eligible for the vice presidency.

Elon Musk, for example, cannot run for president and therefore cannot run for vice president either. There's not a back door to the presidency.

But the difference here is that Trump is a corrupt criminal and the law is just an inconvenience. If he corrupts enough of those in the right places they will bend or break the law with impunity. That's how democracies die, and we're not immune.

If a superior Alien species invades and conquers the world and subjugates us all... that is how democracies die, and we're not immune!

Nobody who matters is interested in liberal democracy - it has the stench of globalism on it, and that has no place in our Constitutional Republic. Your brand of thinking would be better served in Cuba, or even North Korea. ;)

Too many uncomfortable truths for you, or big words you don't understand. Rome was a republic for almost 500 years before its first emperor. The US is still a child.

That's not what the law says.

The law does not say you're ineligable to serve as president.

Here's the law:

Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.

Be elected.   A vice president is not elected. They are appointed.  If the president becomes incapacitated, then the vice president is NOT "elected" to take over, they just take over.

So where exactly does it say that a person who has served two terms is INELIGABLE to BE president? He just cannot BE ELECTED as president

You lefties always speak as if you know the law when you haven't even read it.

So your arugment is that if trump finds a way to run and become president again and is elected by the will of the people with full knowledge of what he's doing....  it's a dictatorship?

Canada elected trudeau 3 times - are we a dictatorship?

Here's an uncomfortable truth for you.

You Libbies spent the last decade attacking conservatives relentlessly for garbage. You took power in the US...however dubiously...and proceeded to destroy everything you touched.

Tens of millions of illegals invited in.

Thousands upon thousands of them, hardened criminals who get caught and released back into the population.

A blatant surrender to terrorists...and then sending them funds.

Wars started in Europe and the ME.

Men playing in womens' sports and in womens' bathrooms.

Lawfare at an insane level with insane charges and methods.

A sound trouncing of the primary source of energy, forcing inflation.

Out of control spending, aggravating inflationary pressures.

So in response to your uncomfortable truths...I say GO FCK YOURSELF!!!

Ya gits wut ya paid fer.

Its so lonely in m'saddle since m'horse died.

LOL nope, sorry but it's still 'normal' day and you can't read :)

The law doesn't say he's ineligible to BE the president. It says he's unelidable to be ELECTED to that office.  It doesn't say he can't serve if he's not elected.

And a vice president isn't elected.

You aren't allowed to be president if you're not born an American. that's would disqualify someone.  You're "ineligable' in that case.

But trump IS eligible to be president.  But after 2 terms he's not allowed to be ELECTED president.

When it comes to law the specifics of the words matter.

Pay attention. You just looked stupid for no reason, you are definitely smart enough to have caught that yourself. If i want brainless i'll go debate with Robotwit.

Lots of so called constitutional republics have dictators. Both Cuba and North Korea are constitutional republics. You aren’t special.

BTW both Russia and China fit the definition of constitutional republics.
