In the meantime don't forget this criticism is coming from a country, the most powerful on the planet, that's even more useless at stopping drugs from flowing across their borders. As for being helpful towards cartels how is it that cartels can get their hands on American military grade weapons like grenade launchers and grenades? Are we supposed to believe Americans have a better handle on corruption than Canada? Seems to me ordinary Americans are as unaware of their nation's vulnerabilities as Canadians for the same reason.
