Where was the outrage when Biden defied the SCOTUS? Jack Smith defied the SCOTUS?

You see what this is about and everyone was warned about it. It began with legitimizing mafia bosses as heads of the government and it will end with them destroying the rule of law and democracy. Imaging if America just passes by and swallows this. That would be it: the destination. Easy, no?

If it's you or them, the truth is equidistant

This event, if persists should be called "the constitutional crisis". The constitution itself hangs in uncertainty from there. Either the rule of law persists and prevails. Or, it's down the authoritarian and then dictatorial path, from here. Yes: it has arrived, not even a month in.

Federal judge says Trump administration violated court order in funds freeze litigation

"McConnell suggested so, but we’ll see what happens if there isn’t clear compliance according to the judge. Of course, as we saw in a different Donald Trump context, namely his criminal trial where he serially violated a court order and faced no significant penalty for doing so, the existence of a court order and a finding that someone violated it is only as useful as the penalty imposed."

If the law isn't enforced it's just as it doesn't exist, for some at least. And it would mean no rule of law, equal and universal, as we used to know it. From here.

It's bizarre that media and political shell in the States just shrugging this off as pretty much normal order of business. No way they couldn't get that it breaks, blows up the very foundations of the Constitution. And so, they are fine with it, accepting it. At this stage, the game has become more important than democracy. But how would we know it's still here?

Tell me something, myata; why do things like open borders, DEI infusion, a weaponized judicial system and fraud, waste and abuse turn you on?

What's your rule about not reading your own source?

Quote

Biden’s previous loan cancellation plan was ruled illegal by the Supreme Court. However, his more recent debt transfers rest on a different legal authority than the original, $400 billion-plus plan.

...

Yet to date, no major lawsuits have emerged challenging the legality of Biden’s post-Supreme Court forgiveness, even as he announces a new round every few weeks.

So Biden complied with the Supreme Court to find a different way to enact his policy that was legal, he didn't ignore a court ruling and plow ahead with his original plan.

Now that we've dispensed with that pathetic false equivalency, do you have an actual defence of Trump's intention to defy a court order?

It began when the democrats pulled the same crap themselves and we're told at the time not to do so because once that line is crossed there is nothing to stop the next government from crossing it as well.

But losers like you applauded it when it was someone they liked and now are wondering how it could possibly happen when it's someone you don't

The republicans are simply going through a door the democrats opened and at the time everybody said to the democrats don't complain when it's used against you. Well here you go

There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data

DOGE is not a new program. It was started and fully funded under BARRY but is now just being re-aligned. Rasmussen explains it in this post.

This is a pretty silly argument. It's basically saying governments can't implement measures to prevent fraud.

It already existed and was used to fix the failed Obamacare rollout per the Tweet. As per the EO, nothing new was created just realigned.

Executive branch restructures and realign things all the time.
