Yeah, anyone can claim that, but the Biden administration chooses how to enforce the law in the validity of that claim.

That also excludes all the illegal crossings the Biden administration has allowed to happen, as they have turned the Border Patrol into little more than doormen helping everyone in.

Indeed there is no limit to the number of people who can claim asylum in the US.

There is however a ceiling to the number of refugees that can be accepted.

Does GOP subscribe to and support the "liberate Greenland, Panama and Canada" agenda? This is the real question, yes or no and nothing in the middle. Define the liberate Greenland, Panama, and Canada agenda and who is advocating for this and where they have said they do.
