In 18 months, the house will flip. That's normal mid term elections. At that point, the ability to pass legislation will end and the children will be in charge again.

First, we have to understand that, while calling us Nazis, fascists, racists, etc etc didn't work, they will assume they didn't scream loud enough and ramp up their ridiculous assertions. They will behave like children. We just have to ignore them and keep moving forward.

Second, we have to identify all the major objectives. I want an actual budget with true cuts, border wall, border security, originalist judges at all levels, simplified tax codes and federally mandated voter ID.

Third, we have to set up an email that the individual R reps can send their concerns and wants to, so we can whip the votes and not have these embarrassing votes where some a-hole votes with the children. Compromise within the adult party.

Finally, move that legislation. Get us as far from the left wing children's agenda as we can get and ignore every b.s. claim about what it will do.

The Rules for Liberal tactics:

  1. If they can't refute the content, attack the source.
  2. If they can't refute the content, attack the poster.
  3. If 1 and 2 fail, pretend it never happened.
  4. Everyone you disagree with is Hitler.
  5. A word is defined by the emotion it elicits and not the actual definition.
  6. If they are wrong, blame the opponent.
  7. If a liberal policy didn't work, it's a conservatives fault and vice versa.
  8. If all else fails, just be angry.

If we change that, I would prefer a clause that doesn't not give citizenship to children born to parent(s) that are in the country illegally but does not punishment the child for being here illegally. What I mean is that a child born of a mom or mom and dad that crossed the border illegally is not given citizenship. They, also, aren't considered to have violated the law because of what their parents did. The parents and child have to leave. The parents can and should be punished under the law.

If someone has legal status, ie a green card, and has a child, that child should be a temporary resident until one of the parent's achieves citizenship, and then the child is automatically granted citizenship.

I don't actually know what the omnibus laws are in the states when it comes to passing federal law, but essentially I think you are more or less correct in that trump should think of every controversial thing he wants to do and find a way to cram it through in the next 6 months, even if it's not coming into force till much later. You might think he'd have a year but i'd say he wants to get it out of the way early enough that it doesn't have a negative effect on the midterms. 

On the back half of his term he can focus on slightly less controversial things and things like the economy. Get it humming along, make people happy and set the next Republican up for success

You basically have to do that as priority #1 because illegals are skewing the census which in turn skews the power to leftist states. Crooked really when you think of it but is what it is..

I also think Donnie has to watch out for how the establishment Republicans in the Senate are going to try and power play for the majority leader in the Senate. Apparently McConnell is trying to pull a fast one with that

He can't do anything on the back half of his term because the left won't do it. He could propose a bill that bans fascism, decries Hitle and prevents Children from smoking cigarettes and they would still delay it.

Well, yes, it would have to be an amendment. However, you can't do post hoc law changes and apply those changes to people that followed the law. If an amendment was proposed, it would only apply to births after ratification date.

Non-citizens do not beget citizens. That section needs further clarification.

That is how it should read, and I suspect we will get to that sooner rather than later. ;)

This is meaningless. The 14th amendment was specifically designed to make formerly enslaved people citizens and to make all citizens equal under the law; of course it wouldn't be in the "original spirit" of a document that enshrined slavery.
