I've been watching Fox and CNN coverage side by side and the differences are stark.

The sophisticated and speed of the CNN coverage is significantly better. Partly because John King is pretty badass. Partly because there isn't a panel of commentators waiting to take turns fellating Trump.

Long night.

In so many states and counties he's performing just a bit better than he did last time which indicates he will likely win a number of states he missed last time.  Pennsylvania is still really close but there's some reason to be optimistic

I can't believe it.

Trump is not only going to win the popular vote, but he is going to sweep the rust belt states of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

The pollsters once again drop the ball, and underestimate trump for the 3rd election in a row.

I am tempted to drink...

So much for Harris winning Iowa by 10. She's down 14.

  2. If they can't refute the content, attack the poster.
  3. If 1 and 2 fail, pretend it never happened.
  4. Everyone you disagree with is Hitler.
  5. A word is defined by the emotion it elicits and not the actual definition.
  6. If they are wrong, blame the opponent.
  7. If a liberal policy didn't work, it's a conservatives fault and vice versa.
  8. If all else fails, just be angry.

What kind of fool said Kamala was going to win Iowa?

Deep down, I thought Trump would win. I just held out hope he would not be back in office.

Kamala wins California as a consolation prize...

There was a last minute poll. It was an extreme outlier. Some people clung to it hoping it was true.

I really think WI and PA are going to be called for Trump soon.

Why they haven't called GA is a mystery to me. Most of Atlanta is in and Trump is up.

Yup...

Same with Michigan.

Here is something of interest: In Dearborn Michigan riding (near S Detroit), it has the largest Muslim population in the USA. In 2020, Muslims voted 88% in favour of Biden. Today, Muslims voted over 50% for Trump!

The Muslim vote is likely going to cost Kamala the state.

There is a lot of that. Black men moved toward Trump. Latino men favored Trump. Young voters moved toward Trump.

They should call VA for her. He doesn't have any votes left.

This is absolutely insane, considering it's well known that trump and the GOP don't exactly love Latinos.

That is a seriously fantastic laden assumption.

California is a democrat gimme. If the democrats ever lose California it's time to immediately start building an ark

I was pretty sure trump was going to win and I said so from the beginning and explained why. But with the polling the way it was it looked a hell of a lot closer than it's looking tonight. Although the map is looking shockingly like the real clear politics estimate

But it is not over yet. Pennsylvania is not a sure thing and Arizona couldn't get any closer. Michigan is definitely still in play as well although Wisconsin is starting to firm up a little

It's going to be a little while before we know the winter I think.

I doubt Michigan will change. The Muslim vote ended it. Amazing, considering Kamala is the lesser of two evils. Trump will absolutely give the green light to Israel for "finishing the job" in Gaza.

Well that's a little faithless, she hasn't lost yet there is still a possibility she could win. Realistically Georgia Arizona wisconsin michigan and Pennsylvania are all in play that's like 72 votes

Looks like trump won a majority in the senate and is ahead for a majority in the house as well

man, if trump wins and gets a majority in the house and senate, it's probably going to be a busy 2 years :)
