Trump sues CBS for $10 billion over Harris "60 Minutes" interview

Former President Donald Trump is suing CBS for $10 billion over an interview with Kamala Harris that aired on "60 Minutes" earlier this month.

The 19-page lawsuit filed Thursday alleges that the network committed “partisan and unlawful acts of election and voter interference” by editing down a handful of Harris’s responses to interview questions. In addition to the massive sum, Trump's team is requesting an order that the network release the unedited interview in full.

Ed Morrow and Walter Cronkite would've called DonOld a lying sack of shit to his face and booted him out of the studio.

BTW "Trump Sues" has become a "Dog Bites Man" headline.

It's not so much an election as a psych experiment.

How many disgusting abd offensive things can= you do at what increasing level and still remain a viable candidate? Suck off a microphone? Demean and threaten a new ethnicity every day? Be as creepy as possible to women? Sit in the passenger seat of a garbage truck instead of the back where you belong?

Those two are small potatoes, so he couldn't get much from them.

Also, it's harder to prove intent (and intent is the key word here) when they were fake fact-checking in real time than it is to prove intent when they were in the back room splicing videos together to alter her answers. 

All those fake fact checkers have to do is say: "We watch CNN, so we thought that we were lying/telling the truth."

It's much harder to say: "We felt like this part of her answer made no sense, so we cut it out, and used this short clip instead, because we feel like that's what she meant..."

You can't do that in front of a judge with a straight face. It won't go well. At some point you have to just say: "What we did was wrong, and we are sorry. We would like to settle out of court but if we can't, please go easy on us."

You mean like Biden/Kamala calling the other side garbage, Nazis and Fascist, inciting violence against their political opponent to a point where there have been 2 assassination attempts where he actually was shot on one. Using lawfare against your political opponent by arresting him and trying to sue him out of existence.

As much as you cry about Trump being meanie poopyhead Nazi its YOUR side who are actually acting like Nazis.

The funny thing is the Democrats are scared that he will turn around and do exactly what they did to him if he is elected.
