NDP will follow Trudeau off the cliff.

Toronto, like a roach motel in the middle of a pretty living room.

I wouldn't say so. They need more money before they can run. And Trudeau is in their sights, they want to be the opposition.

Can they even beat the bloc?

Good point.

Because of their support for Trudeau the Jagmeet Singhing group have lost a l lot of rank and file choir members.

I don't think they have the money for a full orchestral tune up.

The Federal NDP are done . . . just a bunch of lackeys/hand jobbers.  Canada can see they stand for nothing. Phfffft.

The federal NDP has made plain that they will not support Trudeau Jnr.

Start your position off with an untruth and you're the one going off a cliff.

To even think the NDP will do anything that benefits the Tories more themselves is a pure pipedream. Rightwinger fantasy.

The nearly 4 million Canadians who've received or been approved to receive the dental care the NDP forced into existence can see perfectly well what and who they stand for - 4 million Canadians with lots of family members probably taking notice as well.

And the number of eligible Canadians will soon grow to 9 million.

Singh hit the nail on the head when he pointed out the Poilievre/Bloc coalition are just playing games.

A government without public oversight is like a nuclear plant without lead shielding.

Yeah the dental plan is great. I'm not complaining. But what about everything else?? So as long as you own your own home, have a family doctor, and can afford the inflated costs of everything else... you've got it made don't you?

In theory at least.

I look at it as a symbol of the government finally getting around to doing the right thing for a change. For all our other steps backwards sideways and round and round we finally got one that progressed forward. It'll probably take a similarly rare alignment of stars to do away with daylight savings time - another thing governments like to talk about but never get around to doing.

I really like the fact a left leaning socially minded political party in a majority government was able to wield its power to make this happen. I'm an even bigger fan of minority governments now.

I've been wearing dentures for almost 15 years now so it's not like dental care will be anything I'll use.

And yes I'm pretty sure I can get by without an increase in my OAS for a few more years too.

A government without public oversight is like a nuclear plant without lead shielding.

Dentures? Dental care?

Should a federal government - federal bureaucrats - decide dental care?

Canada is a federal State for good reason.

Bureaucrats should just do as they're told now that the decision to fund a dental care program has been made.

Go tell it to the Bloc.

This federal dental plan has hurt Trudeau Jnr.

Most Canadians know that PEI is not like Alberta.

Okay. Meanwhile it's helping millions of Canadians. Sucks to be Trudeau I guess.

While knowing it's just as true it's still Canada.
