However, since YOU DON'T KNOW US ELECTION LAW, it very well COULD BE ILLEGAL, depending on the legitimacy of using campaign funds for unreported purposes.

For instance, one of the limits placed on self-funding campaigns is that the expenditures must be REPORTED.

IF Trump laundered money paid to Stormy for campaign purposes, through an unreported legal fee adjustment, that very well could be ILLEGAL.

But you would never know it, cause you don't know US LAW.

Aside from the fact that even a passing knowledge of the law when it comes to electoral financing  would tell you that, it was discussed at great length by experts the first time around. 

It's not campaign spending. This kind of thing has come up many times. Not EVERYTHING is election financing.  If i Gess a membership at the gym so  i look better for the big debate, is that election financing? No. If I get a haircut or buy a new suit? No.

Election financing does not refer to just anything at all that might affect the election. It's relatively specific. And there's certainly nothing wrong with buying people silence, that happens literally every day.
