Trump has to turn every media question back about her. Force them to report her lack of policy and get everyone talking about how she's hiding until she's forced to come out to deal with it.

CNN spends hours talking about Trump because the main thrust of CNN's election strategy is to slander Trump. 

They'd talk bout Kamala if they had something good to say but all they can do is talk in terms of how friendly and joyful Kamala and Walz are. There are no accomplishments whatsoever to speak of. Just damage control. 

"Oh look, Kamala spent two years working on ways to ensure that the gov't could get their hands on tip money, and now Kamala came up with the idea not to tax tips after she saw Trump say that. She won't start working on that now, you have to elect her and then she'll start doing it."

How many times a day can you tell people that? Can you fill up a whole day with it? Can you talk about Kamala's border? Can you talk about Kamala's economy? Can you talk about how global peace was affected by the Kamala/Biden administration?

If you like. There are some good independent new sources that post there. I assume you're not saying that everybody that posts there is not worth listening to. CBC posts there  

The real issue is trust no one, look at multiple sources and then verify. I doubt there is one new source out there that doesn't get virtually every story substantially wrong in one element or another and that's without trying   After a while you get pretty good at sniffing the holes in a story and usually it takes a few seconds to search if the story is important to get a clear picture.  

IF you don't have time for that you sort of mentally mark it as "claimed but not reliable" till you do have a chance (assuming it's a story that's important enough to bother. )
