So the judge has dismissed Trump's documents case. Apparently Smith was not an approved prosecutor. OOPS...LOL

The Dumbocrats' lawfare is unravelling as the election runs. Too funny.

It's not dead in the water, it done sank and is gone forever. This is proof that Joe Biden was engaging in lawfare/banana republic style government. It is time for him to resign in disgrace.

BOOM!

Just read this myself. The left is going to be full on melt down today. God Bless Clarence Thomas for pointing that out in his SCOTUS opinion on the immunity decision.

Jack Smith violated the constitution as I said and was accused of spreading disinformation 😆

It's the same playbook he used on Bob McDonnell. He's one of the worst abusers of our judicial system in the history of the country.

Can and WILL be appealed. And Cannon will be reversed by the 11th court like she was TWICE before.

Most likely they will remove HER from the case this time.

It is really strange for right wingers who used to be "law and order" taking the side of CRIMINALS. 🤮

Jack Smith has been abmonished by SCOTUS for his banana republic b.s. before. You guys and your insistence on believing these fantasies and lies are why we had an assassination attempt. It's disgusting and sad that you can't wake up from your fantasy dream and see reality.

You're STILL defending an ILLEGAL coup attempt, so like Thomas, you have NO CREDIBILITY on this ISSUE and need to recuse yourself. LMAO

Sorry, but not even close. There will be an appeal. This is a ploy that has been tried and rejected by many courts in the past. The notion of special counsel is pretty well established, so this rogue decision by what seems to be an incompetent judge (or working so hard for Trump that she's willing to appear incompetent) is very likely to be overturned.

This sort of disruptive reimagining of established law and practice by lower court judges typically does not end well.

But in doing so, Cannon has engineered yet another delay, so mission accomplished on that front.

There was no coup. You still are repeating lies that led to an assassination attempt.

His appointment was illegal. Special Counsel are supposed to be extra DOJ not intra DOJ and they are supposed to have limited scope and limited jurisdiction. Jack Smith was in the DOJ and was given an unlimited scope woth unlimited jurisdiction. There is no room for appeal.

Yeah, this is going to be hard to beat.  They might appeal it to just keep the ball in the air just in case they can find an angle but honestly it doesn't look great, and  coming right after a failed actual assassination attempt it's going to be seen as a failed 'political' assassination attempt in the eyes of many .

And if they do appeal it then they'll have to announce it soon but it won't come to the court for ages, so it'll look yet again like democrats going out of their way to attack their political rival, who's already been the butt of pointless lawsuits and criminal charges and even been shot at. it'll just drive even more sympathy and more people into his court.

This is just about the worst election ever in the history of elections i think for the dems.  This may very well wind up with them doing so badly that they don't win the next election either due to infighting, donor drop off and conflict and as you USUALLY see two terms for a president it could be a very rare case of 3 terms of republicans back to back before the dems get another kick at the can.

Gee - wonder how many judges and prosecutors and such will be appointed by then? :)

And exactly who is responsible for appointing Jack Smith?

That's right...Garland.

This fiasco could become a 2-fer.

You've not seen the last of this case despite your premature e-speculation.

But on the bright side, if the ruling is found valid, Hunter Biden's conviction will be overturned on appeal since it was achieved by a similar special prosecutor. LMAO.

The 11th appeals court will decide, not ^this amateur legal eagle OPINION.

The practice was contested and found valid MANY TIMES in the past.

No liability can be pinned on Garland for that process.

No. Lies that Trump said people will die if he's not elected. Lies that said Trump will be a dictator. Lies that said Trump wants to be Hitler. Lies that said Trump is working for Russia. Lies that said Trump will ban abortions. Lies that said Trump will enslave blacks.

Those are the lies that led to the assassination attempt. Lies that you repeat as if they are facts. Lies that you live and breath. Those lies are insidious, inflammatory and disgraceful.

So the gunman has just been waiting for 4 years to pounce?

The judge is a Trump acolyte whose previous bizarre decisions and novel interpretations have been overruled and this one will likely be as well. Its not a coincidence she’s doing it so soon after the Trump attack.

No there is a good chance that it will be overturned and the actions this overtly pro-Trump judge don’t prove anything.

No. There's virtually no chance it wins appeal.

So when it's a ruling you like the judge is a wise and unbias person despite political connections and when it's a ruling you don't like the judge is an 'acolyte' and clearly bias.

Uh huh :)

The case is pretty much dead.  They cut corners and you just can't do that when the case is this high profile and now it's toast.
