Buddy, when Obama was president I liked him at first, but before he even started taking the country down the rabbit hole of "Every time a black man gets shot by police, it's 100% because of racism. Biden is the EXACT opposite. He almost never talks. It's like the president was Circle Back Patty, and then Karine Jean-Pierre, or some dude, or a different dude, etc, etc. Biden never speaks for himself. Other people speak for him and answer questions as if they're reading his mind at that exact moment. "The president thinks this and this and this..."

The nice thing is, they can never be wrong because Biden doesn't remember. Oh, and it's not really Biden they're speaking for either, no one knows who puts all that stuff on the teleprompter, we just know they hate America.
