This is why Joe is losing the young vote

And a fraudulent billionaire will act in their best interests? Like how stupid are they?

The best thing that anyone can go on is past history, and when Trump was president he brought the world peace and stability, and Americans were better off than they had been for decades.

Now the world is plagued by war, the US is underwater with inflation, illegal immigration is at the boiling point, homelessness is rampant, interest rates are way up, and everyone - including university graduates - is struggling.

Big Tech, Big Pharma, and banks love Joe Biden, but Americans are reeling.

All of them. I've even watched FOS LIES when visiting a friend who was a fan.

That's how I found out about their LIES. And reading about the Dominion discovery and them winning the $800M settlement.

So you even watch FOX, but you decided that they tell lies, and none of the other networks do?

I watch a little FOX sometimes, I like Mark Levin and MediaBuzz on Sundays. Most shows on the major networks talk about the same stories, one after the other.

Let alone understand how expensive it will be for US if Ukraine LOSES the war PUTIN STARTED.

How expensive will it be, stupid?

Energy prices are up globally because of 1) Joe Biden's terrorist attack on N Gas pipelines from Russia and 2) because of Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries.

Food prices are up because Ukraine is one of the world's largest net exporters of food, and there's a war affecting a massive portion of the country.

FYI the money that's being spent making munitions could just as easily spent creating jobs - without murder - dr death.

It seems like the war is what's expensive, not "who wins".

Joe's message to Zelenski: "You have to keep the war going, the death toll is totally acceptable, just don't affect the price of oil in an election years, numbnuts."

No it doesn't. It shows the European countries, China and Italy well below us and Russia and Brazil well above us. That proves it isn't world wide. It is a national issue. Plus the data is old, we are at 3.4% CPI and the producers index is even higher.

2.8-2.9% is NOT "way below" 3.1% It is the same ballpark like I said. Duh

No, I decided none of the other networks have LIED to the extent of FOS LIES which had to pay $800M penalty for LYING.

Other networks make retractions. None of the right wing propaganda sites ever do unless they LOSE lawsuits which forces them.

Do you understand now?

We are at 3.5% now. I was wrong earlier when I said 3.4%

"US consumer prices picked up again last month, vaulting to a 3.5% increase for the 12 months ended in March, according to the latest Consumer Price Index data released Wednesday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. "

https://www.cnn.com/2024/04/10/economy/cpi-consumer-price-index-inflation-march/index.html

And Europe:

"Euro area annual inflation is expected to be 2.4% in March 2024, down from 2.6% in February according to a flash estimate from Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union."

https://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/web/products-euro-indicators/w/2-03042024-ap

Your chart is utterly inaccurate. 3.5% and 2.4% in Europe is not even remotely close. Further, ours is trending up while theirs is trending down.

Just now, CdnFox said:

For inflation? that's actually a big difference. In the inflation game even a half point is very concerning.

It is also completely wrong. See my post above.

The problem is that inflation is on top of inflation - a fact many forget.

Robocop believes that if inflation was 10 percent last year and 3 percent this year - we've "stopped inflation"  - but in reality the three percent this year is 'applied' to the 10 percent last year.  So over 2 years it's 13.3 percent or 6.65 per year on average.

Prices don't go back to normal once inflation slows down.

That's why people are struggling and why nobody's buying it when Joe says 'mission accomplished' on inflation.

FOX isn't the only news network that's been sued and had to pay damages.

Under lock down where they couldn't shoot down school kids and wealthy with govt handouts and nowhere to go spend it. Like surrendering Afghanistan and blaming the fallout on Biden. Like kissing dictator's asses rather than confronting them. Forgetting in spite of all the hot air that every single new US car model went to Mexico. That he set the ground for 1/2 the US population to be told what they could do with their own bodies.
What a selective memory, Mr. Putin's lackey.

Like where he did the only middle east peace deal in decades, and was the only president in forever not to get into a war directly or by proxy.

Like not letting mexican criminals cross the border, slaughter women and children and beat cops.

Like telling rocket man to stop missile testing (which he did ) because "his button is bigger than yours".

Like telling nato to pony up.

And it's 100 percent biden's fault he screwed up withdrawing the forced from Afghanistan.  Gave away that country for free loaded with american military hardware as gifts. That's all about him.

Meanwhile with biden we've got 2 major wars on the go and china threatening a 3rd, he handed over afghanistan and abandoned the locals who helped them. Mexican criminals run free assaulting police and raping and killing women.

And you wonder why people want to go back to trump?

To buy something that was $1 in 2021 costs $1.16 now.

But that is nationally. Locally could be higher or lower.

inflation is only one metric of many when you measure or describe an economy. As for Joe biden losing the young vote, I suspect that inflation is not the sole reason as to why. I sense a more general discontent with our current political environment. The younger voters also have a far different view of the Israel - Hamas situation than do older voters.

It's also for a 'basket' of imaginary goods and it leaves out some things and some people will have a higher impact.  For example - if gas rose more than that and you're a delivery driver then for you inflation may be much higher.

I think for a lot of people in both canada and the us the "actual felt" inflation rate is much higher than the 'official' rate.

Yea,, that doesn't actually make any sense. What border reform did trump scuttle when he was president?
