It is not the west's jobs to make these government treat people nicely. This is a reality in the world. People want to protect Gazans, yet Hamas has executed homosexuals. Where's the outrage? Executing people for their sexuality is abhorrent, don't get me wrong--but what rings hollow, is the manufactured outrage that is used when it fits the appropriate narrative. It makes it harder to feel sympathy, considering outrage should be had, anytime and towards anyone committing such acts. No exceptions.
