This article describes how Canada equates everything from Europeans colonizing Canada to so-called man-made climate change as genocide of one form or another.

"

Just Stop Oil and Extinction Rebellion — two radical environmental groups that have made it their business to block bridges, destroy art and glue themselves to things — now use this term reflexively. They may have gotten the idea from the late Marshall Islands foreign minister Tony de Brum, who in 2015 started telling interviewers that if rising sea levels forced his country’s evacuation, this was “equivalent in our minds to genocide.”

Extinction Rebellion and Just Stop Oil both advocate the near-immediate abandonment of fossil fuels — a situation likely to spur a global famine with decidedly genocidal effects. But the term “climate genocide” has also found its way into the literature of less-radical groups. The progressive non-profit LeadNow, for instance, targeted a petition at Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accusing him of putting “all of civilization at risk” with his climate policy.

“It’s worth noting that that is not exaggeration — your money is funding climate genocide,” they wrote."

Further down the article say:

"Canadian oil and gas pipelines have been accused a couple of times of acting as instruments of genocide. The project to twin the existing Trans Mountain Pipeline was slammed as genocidal in a Toronto Star op-ed. Kayah George, a 22-year-old member of the Tsleil-Waututh First Nation, wrote that the expansion project was “nothing short of genocide against my people.”

Then we have the claims of the genocide of the prison system.

Also the claims of genocide because there are not enough harm reduction (injection and safe drug supply) sites.

In Canada the term can be applied to almost anything as a useful tool of propaganda.

Of course things like the abortion of 80,000 to 100,000 unborn babies per year is not counted as genocide in this unenlightened society we live in.

One of the consequences with this abuse of the term genocide could be adding fuel for hate and resulting in things like the burning of churches in Canada.

Just another religious fanatic trying to change the definition of a word.

"noun: genocide; plural noun: genocides

  1. the deliberate killing of a large number of people from a particular nation or ethnic group with the aim of destroying that nation or group."

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But you are not entitled to your own facts.

You obviously never even read the article.  Maybe you read the first line about abortion.  That would explain your complete lack of knowledge of the subject.  Maybe get a cup of coffee, take a relaxation pill and cool off with your hate of anything that might be related to God or the bible.

Why wouldn't you adopt yourself a hundred babies and relax already, about "babies"? The world is full with poor, suffering babies. Wtf is wrong with those people?

So you think it's ok to kill unborn babies. Why are the lives of unborn babies worthless?  What makes your life more important than unborn babies lives?

You think someone has to adopt a hundred babies to be qualified to oppose killing unborn babies?   What about opposing the murder of little children?  Do I have to adopt a hundred children to be opposed to that too?  Strange reasoning.

No we just don't think you have anything intelligent to say on the topic.  Go wave your Bible around somewhere else.

You’re right, but the new Canada is full of nihilistic misanthropes who think that a failed healthcare system that’s resorting to giving free hard drugs to addicts and euthanasing the mentally ill is progress.  Your righteousness is falling on deaf ears.  These people won’t listen until they’re at the funeral of their euthanasised crystal meth-addicted trans child.  Even then they’ll blame the sane people and call them “alt right” and “scary”.

How many children have you adopted?   Any at all?

"unborn" is not a "baby". A "baby" was born. Duh.

"The world tries to tell us life doesn’t begin until after the baby is born, yet the Bible tells us something radically different.

The Beginning of Life

According to the Bible, life begins at conception; as Psalm 139:13-16 tells us,

'13  For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. 14  I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well..  15  My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth..  16  Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.'

Secular society teaches that life does not begin until after the infant is born, and some go to the extreme that life does not begin until the infant is able to live without the assistance of his or her mother."

This is not rocket science.  Even a child should understand.  Obviously the baby in the womb is a human just as much as you are. If you want to go to heaven, you need to believe the Bible.  Who are you going to continue to believe, God's word the Bible or the fallen world?

Non applicabitis.  Discerning right from wrong does not depend on adopting children.   Duh.....   Try studying the Bible.

So you think these babies are infinitely valuable human beings, but you’re not willing to actually take one.

So….  they’re not infinitely valuable.  They’re just nice to have around somewhere on the planet, even if they suffer immensely because their parents are unable to take care of them.   You like the idea of them existing, even if they suffer horribly

The Beginning of Life

So you use some old scripture to justify intrusion into someone else's life, down to the possibility of causing real, serious harm (Texas)? Then, who does it make you? Why are you crying and complaining about others, of the same thought, only with a different book?

God's word, in English the King James Bible, is given to men by God inspiring men to write it.  It is absolutely infallible truth.  If you want to follow corrupt men and evil worldly ideologies, that is your choice.  But there are consequences.  I prefer to trust in the living God who has given me eternal life through his Son, Jesus Christ.  Praise Him.  Hallelujah!
