But I will respect him for standing for his ideals. I don't respect how he has handled being under the microscope. He is clearly a genius who is a master of building things. His vision. The political side of business, not so much.

Being a turncoat to avoid losing money, is business without a soul. I see it like Nike heavily pushing LGBTQ agendas in the west, and crickets in places like Qatar. Makes the message seem hollow to anyone with a brain.

Your mission statement and morals as a business, to me are something you must be willing to stand for.

Deviation from it, in my humble opinion, is worse.

Competition and growth are critical. If I open a strong business and invest into something, that turns around and forces me to advertise LGBTQ propaganda 24/7, or risk losing my investment, to me while done in certain ways is legal, I would question it ethically.

Maybe am naive. I believe in business ethics, and to me, politics and business shouldn't mix.

Am in it to grow my business. I stay out of business and picking sides. I do business with anyone who wants to spend their money on what I offer.

This is a very, very bizarre interpretation of this scenario. 

Bullying? Lol. Musk is not entitled to their money. What he sells them at X is advertising space alongside content on the platform. No respectable business wants to have their brand affiliated with content that does not align with their brand values. 

If Musk's policies or processes regarding content make the ad space undesirable for brand affiliation then  companies won't pay for it. Nor should anyone expect them to. 

And there is nothing "woke" about basic human decency. I can't yell you, the outrage is organic. The employees at those companies take pride in their corporate values and have zero interest in being affiliated with Musk's sinking shithole.
