I was about to send him a couple links of the carnage of the music festival as recorded by body cams of Hamas soldiers, and the aftermath of the cleanup by Israeli soldiers just to let him know it happened. Gauge reaction as if to send him more, but feel like they are trolling to begin with.

But could see him complain there aren't any videos of babies or women getting raped. Lotion bottle out and all. "Where are the beheaded babies?!" "I just see corpses".

I haven't seen such videos nor would want to, but believe those examining the corpses telling me that the damage on some of the bodies showcase forced sex, especially after seeing what they are capable of.

If someone told me Hamas soldiers were sheep shaggers I would believe it. I have clearly seen how low they are willing to go. Any lower wouldn't be much of a stretch.

It's just mind boggling to have to spell things out this bad for people.

I mean, it didn't take me long to find the atrocities Israel has done towards Palestinians over the course of history.

Its reasonable to say that evidence should be provided and that proper authorities or journalists form other countries should be allowed to examine the evidence to confirm what's happened and the scope of it.  Anyone can lie.  And both sides in any conflict tend to. So i do like to see things corroborated by official sources. Which has been done here.

But to demand that the bodies of the dead be paraded around on social media - basically victimizing them twice in the most disgusting fashion -that's beyond inappropriate.

Canada is a fairly remote country with a modestly sized population. When you leave it you don’t hear much news from it. Long before JT was PM, the world wasn’t exactly waiting with bated breath to hear what Canada had to say on the issues of the day.

 And until recently we were a very major player in military, trade, food, energy in the world and still are.  Canada actually gets a fair bit of press time outside our borders.

And in tact the world leaders were lining up to talk to harper during the recession. Canada was seen as the place that 'got it right' on handling that

Saw a man walk across the street on a red light with his about 3 year old daughter.  He even started after it was already red.  It was actually my turn to make a right turn with my vehicle, but I waited to see what he was going to do.  Then he started walking across.

We are in no way 'remote' from anybody    It's just a silly thing to say - we're right across from japan and china, closer than most european countries and do more business with them, and while we're sparsely populated for our land mass we're still a major factor as i said economically and resource wise.  Few people grow more wheat, we have large supplies of oil, etc.

ANd yeah - people did listen to harper. A lot.  Like - a lot a lot. We got in the news all over the world pretty regularly.

A quick search on the BBC website shows a story about canada every day going  back days (only read one page of hits) and they frequently mention us.

SImilar results for the sydney morning herald. And other papers around the world. 

Canada is spoken of quite a bit.

ANd when we had the truck protests people all over the world had demonstrations and such in 'sympathy'.

Sorry, your characterization of canada as being "remote" is just silly, and for a world energy and resource supplier of our size it's no surprise we get talked about quite a bit, in the us and in the commonwealth countries for sure.

Considering how little we actually DO as a rule it's actually surprising how much we appear in the news.

The weatherman can say that every day next week is going to rain. How would he know that? Just because he said so, he has to be right because he is suppose to be an expert on the weather? The weatherman has screwed up more than once in their predictions of the weather. 

So, just because what is written in some book called the bible and what is said in the bible is supposed to pass as the gospel truth? We do not know if Jesus was raised from the dead by god or that some people took his body away after he was crucified and buried. You can quote all you want to quote. But that dose not make it so or true.

Canada will soon not be a modestly sized population anymore because our dear Marxist dictator in Ottawa has big plans to try and flood as many new immigrants or refugees into Canada as soon as possible. A somewhat famous lawyer made a study of the Bible subject of the resurrection and came to the conclusion it does meet all of the legal requirements for being a fact and would be accepted as fact in a court of law.  The Bible records a number of eye witnesses that corroborate the fact that Jesus was raised from the dead. 

That is not similar to a weatherman giving his forecast for next week.  There is no similarity at all.
