Rebound Posted August 31, 2023 Report Posted August 31, 2023 (edited) Indicted felon Rudolph Giuliani today lost a Federal defamation lawsuit filed against him by two Georgia election workers. Throughout the discovery process, Giuliani continually made excuses to ignore the judge’s orders to turn over disclosure materials and provide a financial disclosure. Giuliani also filed a bizarre stipulation in which he said he conceded that the statements he made about the election workers were false, but that he was not admitting to any wrongdoing. After one different excuse after another, the judge had enough and sanctioned Mr. Giuliani with guilty for “defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, civil conspiracy and punitive damage claims.” The case will now go to a jury only for the purpose of awarding damages. Giuliani’s legal woes don’t end there. He is also facing a massive civil lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems, and is facing felony criminal charges in Georgia. Obstructing an official Federal process and coercing a state official to change the vote count are certainly felonies warranting prison terms. Why should his muscle go to prison and him NOT? That is for what RICO was INVENTED. 1 Quote

And like i said your side has been 'the boy who cried trump' for close to a decade. You and the left have ZERO credibility in that regard. But you chronically insist hunter and biden are innocent despite there being a BUTTLOAD of evidence they were up to shady business - Hillary was DEFINITELY guilty and the fbi agents wanted her charged until there was political interference and you claim she was innocent... you can't have it both ways and not be looked at like a bit of a tard. 1 1 Quote There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data

He says he's not saying that the statements aren't defamatory in and of themselves but that no defamation took place because reasons/constitution. To put it another way , calling someone a jerk may be defamatory but if it's in the course of exercising your constitutionally protected rights then no crime or injury has happened. So even tho the term may be considered defamatory in and of itself - his use in that situation would not. Do you see why it's important to be honest and thorough? He's not admitting that he defamed those women at ALL. He's claiming that while those terms can be defamatory his use in those specific circumstances are not. So now you look like a liar. You claimed he admitted to defamation which he definitely did not. As it turns out the judge didn't like that defense, and maybe THAT'S what you should have ponited out instead of being untruthful about what he confessed to.
