But it is. And that's about to get a lot worse over time. That's why this has always been forbidden.

No other President has been charged with a crime.  And you know that Trump could have definitely avoided these charges by telling His lawyer where all the classified stuff was. “Everybody does it” and “Weaponized Justice Department” are not true, not excuses, and not gonna work.  It would not work for you or me so it should not work for anybody else.

It is true, and it will work in teh court of public opinion, and when trump gets in and uses the DOJ to go after whomever the next Dem Candidate is you're going to be crying the blues about how unfair it is - but remember it was the dems who started it.

If they wanted to go after trump, they should have gone after hillary first. Then it's established that ALL sides face the law.  But when you only go after your opponents who break the law.....

BTW, Hunter Biden got convicted!  Can you name one single Democrat who’s complaining about a weaponized Justice Department or the unfairness of it all? NO. You guys are the snowflakes.  You are Team Snowflake.

Can you name one democrat who claims hunter biden was about to run for president?

No? Not one?  Hmmmmm.

Don't pretend you don't know what the issue is.

Your guys elected a criminal. His only defense is to attack the FBI and the Justice Department. Here’s a different idea: Tell Trump to shut up and defend himself in a courtroom. Because if he cannot he can sit in jail.

Lol...I watched Durham on the TV today. More fuel for the fire.

Enjoy.

That's literally retarded.

The FBI committed serious crimes to get warrants to spy on Trump and his associates, they held a publicly televised raid on CNN, they tried to coerce false testimony from people who arrested for non-collusion-related charges, they lied for years about how much evidence they had and how serious the charges were. That's just the starter pack. It's layer upon layer of filth and corruption from the FBI and Dems.

Not even being fired and costing his employer $800M will stop him from LYING. LMAO

You mean A "crime" so "serious" it got the perp 12 months PROBATION? LMAO

Leverage is a legitimate tactic to get confessions from CRIMINALS. Duh

You think a reduced senence due to his long service some how reduces the seriousness of the crime?

He also got fired and will never work in his chosen career again.

You literally seem to be saying that the FBI committing a crime to go after a person illegally due to personal prejudices and motives is somehow ok or not serious because he didn't go to jail for it.

Give your head a shake kiddo :)

That already exists. Nobody wants to use it because...like having classified docs at home...they all do this. In the US and indeed most if not all places, nobody gets to pinicals of power, without owing someone. Without deals. Without wealthy people trying to ply politicians with money. This mentality is part of the unspoken rules of bureaucracies.

Ya know...had the Democrats not went insane with rage and proceeded to attack an elected POTUS with lies and a weaponized justice system, I doubt this would be headline news today. Ya gits wut ya pays fer...

And then some probably.

A US Congressman is immune from insider trading laws… which is mind-numbing.

Justices Alito and Thomas have both accepted vacations worth $100,000 without even reporting them. That is absolutely corrupt and should be illegal. And they should know better.  A vendor bought me a $300 dinner once and I reported it immediately.  I reported $300 and they don’t report $100,000.  Come on… I don’t care if the excuse is “they all do it,” that’s no excuse for anyone.

By the way…

The Justice Department is definitely weaponized. That’s what Justice is.  They put criminals in prison. Trump will go on trial and he will be judged by a jury. That’s how it works.

Jack Smith has prosecuted Democrat politicians too.  And he was appointed as a U.S. Attorney by Trump. He’s a nonpartisan weapon of Justice.

900 people have been convicted for January 6 and Trump was the ringleader. Charges will come over that, I promise.

I don't think you understand what 'weaponized' means. There's nothing weaponized about jurisprudence or legal accountability.  It's when you use those things to attack an opponent to try to win power that it becomes weaponized.

BOOM BIACTHES!!!
If the Feds can go after a Biden, they can go after Trump.  Suck it, Trumpers, he’s next.  Rumor has it, the Feds offered Trump a plea and he didn’t want it, so he gets a trial.

It won't matter. When Hillary gets investigated, it's because she's corrupt. When Trump gets investigated, it's because the FBI is corrupt. Trump's cucks will say anything because they don't really care about law or justice.

What you said was that there are already laws against these politicians making money from corrupt acts such as insider stock trades or judges accepting $100,000+ gifts from interested parties to lawsuits they preside over.  It is utterly corrupt and unacceptable.

Remember Al Franken? He was a Democratic Senator and former comedian. While returning from a USO trip supporting our soldiers, he was photographed pretending to grope the breasts of a woman who was sleeping next to him.  He resigned from the US Senate as a result.  So don’t give me that “Oh, they all do it” nonsense.  These politicians should be prosecuted or at least impeached for these corrupt acts. But when it’s a politician on Team Republican, it is always accepted.  Schiff just got “censured” for lying, but Santos has not been censured for lying. Double standard?  Yeah, I’ll say.

No, we simply know the difference between fact and fiction.

Is there any conservative here… even one… who just presents facts? Cites laws, court cases, government-published statistics?  No, you do not. Your entire movement is based on opinion justified by lies and massive exaggeration.  Your responses to everything are to insult.  Because every last one of you are simply too uneducated and incapable of making fact-based statements.

America is a nation of laws, not Fox News opinion. You people say the Justice Department is “weaponized” against conservatives… and here they are convicting the Democratic son of the President.

Well, how many of the FBI agents investigating hillary went to jail for illegal activies related to the investigation?

None? Because they did with trump :)

The simple fact is if you read your sentence unironically it's also true - the investigation with hillary was due to her corruption and the investigations by the fbi against trump have been driven by personal dislike and a fake dossier.

Can you name the jailed FBI agent?  No?  You can’t?

Strozk went to a disciplinary board over text messages.  They recommended a 60 day suspension. Trump pressured the FBI to fire him instead. He got fired and he sued and the suit is walking through the court.

Got anything else?

When the FBI give Hillary's associates immunity from prosecution for no testimony at all it's corrupt.

When Hillary gets temporary amnesia twice in her lifetime, both times when she's to be officially interviewed by the FBI, and they just let her get away with it without even re-scheduling, it's because of corruption.

When 50 former intel officials get together to tell the world that the laptop is Russian disinformation right before an election, despite the fact that the FBI had the laptop in their possession for 11 months and they know it's 100% legit, it's corruption.

When the stupidest people on the internet all agree that there's no corruption, theres corruption.

We can name FBI agents who pleaded guilty to serious crimes but none that went to jail.

Is that weird? Don't people usually go to jail for that?

How about Kevin Clinesmith.  Or did you forget about him?

Convicted of criminal charges for altering documents in the trump russia investigation. He was going to jail and while he managed to dodge it with a plea deal there's no doubt that he was found guilty of a jailable crime.

Rebound's point is that Clinesmith didn't goto jail.

In Rebound's mind, the fact that the FBI commits crimes to influence an election and no one goes to jail for it is a sign that there's no corruption.
