NONE of these legal actions would be possible without probable cause. In Georgia, he is facing criminal prosecution for attempting to persuade state officials to modify the outcome of the election. In New York, prosecutors have rejected his settlement offer and instead responded with a $250 million lawsuit against him and three of his kids. In Florida, he’s facing criminal prosecution for keeping government documents. And the DOJ has subpoenaed the hell out of his lawyers and colleagues over January 6 AND they’re auditing his Save America PAC.
