The docs were UNMARKED. You have NO EVIDENCE Hillary KNEW the unmarked documents were classified.

Stop lying.

Your juvenile name calling just demonstrates how desperate you are. You clearly don't know the law or you'd be citing the statutes. Or at least an actual EXPERT.

What about Trump stealing classified and highly classified documents from the Federal government?  He should go to jail for that, right?

Car wrecks, work related injuries, wrongful death suits, medical malpractice, even criminal charges can be considered negligence, but what is the difference between civil negligence and criminal negligence? Read this post to find out the major differences between negligence and gross negligence as it relates to personal injury law.

㊙️ the subject is NOT personal injury law ?

Why did Trump appoint a “Libbie stooge” to lead the FBI?  After all, the current Director of the FBI was appointed by Donald Trump.

The current investigation into Trump’s theft of highly classified information has nothing to do with who’s in Congress.

Indeed Wray is a real piece of criminal shite. He'll get his in due time.

Theft? Lol...nice sound byte. Only the silliest of tweenkies could believe that.

In the mean time...we wait for the mid-terms

Have you read the Presidential Records Act?

Do you imagine those presidential records and classified documents are Trump's property?

Or that he returned them when they were subpoenaed?

Just so you're aware, your defence of Hillary reads like: "She was so naive that she had no idea that the information on several different topics in several different email chains containing close to 100 emails was even slightly classified, when a lot of it was Top Secret and higher".

You're just making the case that she was a grossly incompetent bobblehead who had no place in gov't.

How about if we meet halfway then...

1) I'll accept your opinion, and acknowledge that Hillary was a grossly incompetent fool who couldn't tell top secret intelligence from public info, and 2) how about if you acknowledge that it's highly unlikely that she suffered two bouts of amnesia, which just randomly coincided with the two times that she hd to give testimony under oath regarding criminal investigations against her, as well as 3) there's still the issue of her crime of deleting evidence after it was subpoenaed?

So why did she get to just say "I don't know" all the time. Is she really that stupid as well? I she one of the dumbest and most incompetent people in the entire USA?

And why was she allowed to destroy evidence?

Dipshits on this site are happy that Bannon was sentenced for thumbing his nose at a congressional subpoena, but what Hillary did was worse, and the same dipshits are happy that she wasn't charged. Those are some hypocritical dipshits, hey?

How did Trump manage to hire so many incompetent and crooked people? He said he knew "the best people", are they all he could come up with?

I think we can find something to charge him with. He did nothing about the threats to the SCOTUS judges, nothing about the family centres being attacked and issued a general warrant. Yup...lots of dirt.

The investigators were at Trump's place in June. Trump asked them if they needed anything and invited them to contact him if they had missed anything then. So...they raided his home, his wife's closet, his son's closet and kept Trump lawyers out while doing so. The warrant itself was also illegal.

This will all come out in the wash...Trump will be vindicated...run for POTUS if he wishes...and would win if he does.

You wanna know how this is all gonna play out? Not good for Democrats, the FBI, the DOJ...and of course...Hunter.

What is the problem with Wray?

1) He’s prosecuting Trump for something that is not illegal, or

2) He’s prosecuting Trump instead of other people?

I think your problem is #2, isn’t it?

In June, his lawyer (at his behest I'm sure) signed a statement there were no more presidential (or marked classified) documents which they are according to the Act you IGNORED.

That is the basis for the obstruction charge being investigated.

Of course your hat is big but no cattle.

Nope. You didn't read what I WROTE, as usual.

NO ONE can be enough of an expert in ALL the areas of classification to make that determination, esp NOT when the creator of the documents did NOT classify them when created. That is WHY they were NOT marked when sent to Hillary by State Dept personnel.

Again, if they were classified, they would have been on the SIPRnet system, and NOT sent to Hillary over the NIPRnet.

As Comey said, NO ONE has ever been prosecuted for mishandling UNMARKED retroactively classified documents.

You don't even understand what was meant by that and you're acting like it's some kind of gotcha moment. LMAO.

Just because there's a difference between negligence and gross negligence doesn't mean that there's a different meaning of the word negligence.

There's a difference between careless and extremely careless too. That doesn't mean that the definition of careless changed in the last 100 years.

Hillary was an incompetent boob who committed serious crimes. Deal with it ffs. What is she, your grandma or something?

(That was a trick question: she doesn't have grandkids. The grandkids that Bill talked about on the tarmac with AG Lynch are still inside of some unlucky bastards balls right now)

FYI, there were emails marked "classified", which is the lowest level of secret classification.

As far as Top Secret info was concerned, she wasn't receiving the actual Top Secret info in those emails, it's not like the blueprints for a new naval base was in them or anything like that, she was discussing Top Secret information with other people and they thought that they were being coy enough that no one could figure it out. Comey sad this:

Quote

they had "dozens of conversations on email about secret topics" and disregarded security protocols.

So she knew that what she was talking about info that was highly classified, she just wasn't aware that she was giving out too much info.

Like you said, she's just an incompetent fool.

Quote

As Comey said, NO ONE has ever been prosecuted for mishandling UNMARKED retroactively classified documents.

What a bullshit comment. The only reason they weren't marked "classified" at the time they were sent is because the people sending the emails didn't mark them.

Eg, if you are dumb enough to talk about top secret info with another leftard, and you don't mark an email classified at the time you send it, that doesn't mean that neither of you knew it was classified when you sent/received it. It just means that it wasn't properly marked.

The fact that it was classified retroactively just means that someone who saw the emails at the FBI later on said "OMG, look what these retards were talking about on an unsecured server. This is designated as classified information now."

It was worthy of being marked top secret at the time it was sent. Her and her aides just suck.

Robo... How many things that are public knowledge ever become secret later on?

For example, have you ever seen anything like:

"Here are the plans for the nuclear weapons we are building right now. I hope you all enjoy them. Iraaaaan - don't do anything stupid now. Don't make these at home!"

Ten months later: "Uh, that stuff is secret now. If you know it, plz forget it. If you have copies, plz treat it like Hillary treats subpoenaed evidence. Thanks."

If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.

Your cite is bullshit cause it DOES NOT MENTION that the Obama records were transferred to to a NARA owned and run facility in Chicago. They are STILL there and NOT under Obama Foundation control.

NARA Press Release Statement on Obama Presidential Records

AUGUST 12, 2022

Quote

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) assumed exclusive legal and physical custody of Obama Presidential records when President Barack Obama left office in 2017, in accordance with the Presidential Records Act (PRA). NARA moved approximately 30 million pages of unclassified records to a NARA facility in the Chicago area where they are maintained exclusively by NARA. Additionally, NARA maintains the classified Obama Presidential records in a NARA facility in the Washington, DC, area. As required by the PRA, former President Obama has no control over where and how NARA stores the Presidential records of his Administration. Nope. They were marked (C) which someone mistook to mean "classified" but in fact means "confidential." AKA the lowest level of classification, which was applied to her meeting and call scheduling info and EXPIRES NEXT DAY AFTER they are obsolete.

At least you drew the right conclusion after completely whiffing on the name.

㊙️ there is no classification LEVEL called "classified."

Whatever.

1) They were still classified, and marked as such.

2) Hillary still knowingly sent/received/stored emails that were about top secret information.

3) Hillary destroyed evidence after it was subpoenaed.

4) Hillary feigned "temporary amnesia" on two different occasions to get out of testifying under oath.

5) Hillary paid for Russian disinformation pertaining to the 2016 election.
