So the authorities finally got to Kenney and DoFo? They resisted these passports but finally bowed to pressure, because what? 

Surely they aren't bound by this fake news? Politically these measures don't help them. Excpect that Passports are politically popular. But they resisted until the numbers told them otherwise.

But the claim is that 89% of the ICU beds are filled. And there will, after all this, be an Alberta vaccine passport.

You do understand what will happen as these beds do fill they will have to transport patients to other hospitals or provinces which have room and not many do. Did you watch the video and the part where the doctor was talking about being near the point of having to perform triage? Do you even know what triage means?
