On the contrary, Biden is having a great day.  He is righting the ship, by slowly dismantling all the damage that was inflicted on American institutions by an unstable autocrat, and introducing legislation influenced that was enacted during the Obama Administration, when the unemployment rate was declining towards record lows.

The meds aren't working well today. He quit for the day right after that was over.

Poor Trump.  First most of his staff at Mar-a-Lago quits on him, and now he can't even finish his golf game, before spiraling into a deep depression.

As I understand it this remains true:

Quote

The Biden administration said Wednesday that it is canceling a last-minute plan by the Trump administration to let more physicians prescribe an opioid-treatment drug, despite exhortations from lawmakers and physician groups to keep it.

However they didn't expect the kind of pushback they got so they're saying well we're just going to kind of kill this order then we'll come out with another that says pretty much the same thing but then it will be our policy. Something like that.

I know what you're talking about though. This, right:

Quote

In the first few days of his 2021 term, U.S. President Joe Biden was quick to issue nearly a dozen executive orders aimed at reversing many of the policies of former President Donald Trump, from rejoining the World Health Organization to recommitting the U.S. to the Paris climate accord. And, as the 46th president took pen to paper, he required that all federal rules pending review that were submitted under the previous administration be frozen for at 60 days — among them, one aimed at reducing the cost of insulin and EpiPens.

So if it's Prog-approved like rejoining WHO or recommitting to the Paris Accord that's pushed as true and permanent but if it's something nutty like making medicine more expensive for diabetics or making it harder to fight opiate addiction well, that's just temporary. Nothing to see here. We'll wait to see how much pushback there is then put a spin on it sometime in the future when you've forgotten about our election campaign obligations to the drug lobby.

funny that you pull the first paragraph from the WP... but refrain from continuing with the details of the article.

“On January 14, 2021, HHS announced forthcoming Practice Guidelines for the Administration of Buprenorphine for Treating Opioid Use Disorder,” the White House’s drug policy office said in a message obtained by The Washington Post. “Unfortunately, the announcement was made prematurely. Therefore, the Guidelines previously announced cannot be issued at this time.”

The Biden administration also vowed to continue working to “increase access to buprenorphine, reduce overdose rates and save lives” in the announcement, which was also posted on the website of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

The Trump administration’s plan was plagued by legal and operational problems, including a failure to get necessary clearance from the White House budget office, said two officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss it.

“The Biden-Harris administration absolutely supports broader access to medication-based treatment for opioid use disorder, and is working to find ways to lift burdensome restrictions on medications for opioid use disorder treatment,” said a spokesperson for the White House’s drug policy office.

so, could be they just pulled to repackage as their own. or maybe it needs more work. more detail would be required before making such a judgement.

Biden's choice for the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, Alondra Nelson, is not a scientist but a sociologist whose expertise is racism in science. She'll be studying the scientists.

Trump waited 18 months before assigning the job to a meteorologist... apparently he didn't do a very good job. but thats from the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

‘Very disappointed.’ Trump’s science adviser has left U.S. researchers wanting more

Wasn't necessary to post the whole thing. I told what was in the rest of the article. A bunch of double talk. If they didn't wan to cancel the order permanently, why do it at all? I heard your excuse. Mine remains they wanted to see if they could get away with it.

I also said noticing McCarthy was right when he noticed Soviet Communists were operating hidden in DC was a counter-troll to a trolls remarks.

And speaking of trolls, none of what you say is true. It's either flat out false or massively warped to take out of context. You're another troll who's just trolling again when you lie like that.

Lmao Sure sure ?

1) Just be glad it's not Greta.

2) Finally we'll know the answer to the ages-old question: "Are down quarks racist?"

I'm not sure how it will pan-out with woke science. The scientific method removes personal biases in experiment results. That's what it is SUPPOSED to do, anyways. Rejigging scientific results to better match a social justice warrior's agenda is pure insanity...but how many purely insane things are done in the name of equity? I suppose we'll all find out.

There's trouble with Biden's new Treasure Secretary and her Wall Street connections too.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen Won’t Recuse On GameStop Despite Getting Almost A Million From Citadel

JANUARY 29, 2021 By Kylee Zempel

Despite an $810,000 conflict of interest, newly confirmed Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen will not recuse herself from advising President Joe Biden on the ongoing hedge fund mania with Robinhood and GameStop.

When asked during a Thursday White House press conference whether Yellen would recuse herself from advising the president on the ongoing $GME stock shorting after having been previously paid upwards of $1 million in speaking fees from Robinhood’s largest customer, Press Secretary Jen Psaki didn’t seem to have a problem with relying on the new Democratic Treasury secretary’s counsel.

Have you seen Biden's Transgender Health secretary, yet?

His whole team seems to be wokesters and Wall street.

And Jen Psaki seems only equipped to handle those softball questions the main media corps keep lobbing to her like what color will the president's plane be.

As soon as the question get tough she's like...
