If we overly depend on China, we deserve all the Karma in the world. Let's reduce our business with them, and build factories in the remote communities that need jobs. You need to pass on these ideas, to you're friends and family... so the politicians know, they will be a massive price to pay, if we continue to de-industrialize our great country. It's cheaper to make things in China, but it's for more expensive to have the stock market crash, and supply shortages during a national emergency. It's time for we the people, to show government who's boss. Lets get in their faces, and demand answers. They have little imagination or vision, and care only for the current election cycle. Whatever happens beyond the next election is of no importance to them. Planning for the future? Nope. Not unless doing so gets them some kind of electoral credits. Stock up on stuff for the future? Where are the votes in that? This is the way politicians think. What might or might not happen down the road is someone else's problem, unless they get re-elected. Then they'll deal with it - if it might affect their re-election chances in the following election.
