According to political scientists, America is trying by all means to infringe on Iran’s rights. First, the Americans imposed sanctions in various fields of activity, and then they refused to issue visas to a number of members of the delegation accompanying Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to the UN General Assembly in New York. This, according to experts and the presidential administration of Iran, «is contrary to diplomatic obligations that the US government formally assumed as a member of the UN and the host country».

And now the US authorities have switched to the field of education. For example, the White House is considering stopping federal funding for an educational program conducted by the University of North Carolina and Duke University, where foreign languages and the Middle East are studied.

According to officials from the Ministry of Education, led by Betsy Davos, both universities use their educational courses to promote ideology and emphasize the positive aspects of the Muslim faith, but not Christianity and Judaism.

Thus, Washington is trying to limit the «voice of the Islamic Republic of Iran» and make it the so-called «outcast», demonstrating to it its power and superiority.

No, Iran is not an outcast country but a country with a nation having a rich ancient civilization of a Persian empire based on rich Zoroastrian culture of good thoughts, good deeds and good talks.

Under the Shah, we were all good friends. Israel and Iran were allied on many levels if you can recall.

The Shah...while not the best fellow...was nowhere near the barbarity of the Mullah's & crew. For most of the Shah's reign, things were just fine. It was the antisemitic Mullahs who hated the very idea of cooperation with Jews that started much of the unrest.

Iran has never been an outcast country. West and South Asia have always looked to it for cultural sustenance. Even today, India has deep links with Iran and has no desire to see it destroyed.

It is the occupying barbaric Islamic regime in Iran which is an outcast, not the beautiful country of Iran or Persia with an ancient 2500 years of civilization, the Aryan nation under barbaric occupation but it will be liberated soon.

Because of the support he had in the West the Shah should have known better than to behave like a cold-hearted blood-thirsty dictator. As the West's darling these supporters should have brought the Shah to heel, because they did know better. Instead they turned a blind eye too and never saw what was coming.

Are we to believe murderous barbarity is a matter of quality vs quantity? There should be no difference whether you're in for a penny or a pound. You deserve the same level of responsibility for your actions and misdeeds.

Especially when you know better. THAT makes a difference that erases the lines people like to imagine matter between pennies, pounds, quantity or quality.

The same difference is also ignored at the world's peril in the case of Israel, if there are any people on Earth who should have known better than to act like fascists and Nazis it was the refugees from Europe who invaded Palestine. Israel's supporters knew better too and now Einstein's prediction is playing out.

Secular liberal democracy is the best form of government if a country is developed enough to support it. Let’s not forget that the Shah was a dreadful tyrant. The mullahs are worse but that is scant praise for him.

The Shah was an angel compared to these blood thirsty monster bastard mullahs. The Shah left Iran and his crown because he didn't want bloodshed. He said he doesn't want his crown on the blood of his people but these mother f*ckers massacred over 50,000 in two nights in order to remain in power. They continue murder, torture and rape of over 100,000 in prisons and their goal is to create terror and fear among population not to come out again.

Shia Islamic clergy sons of the b*tches bastards. The only good mullah is a dead mullah.

That only makes him worse, because he should have known better than to act like a blood thirsty monster.

Under the Shah Iran advanced rapidly. You are where you are now because of his father and him.

He may not have been a democrat but look where on earth we are talking about. We are talking about Iran not Switzerland where 90% were practicing muslims (idi*ts) and 50 years ago there were few democracies on earth. Most of Europe under communist dictatorship, Spain and Greece under military dictatorship, all of south America under military dictatorships. Only a few very advanced all non-muslim countries enjoying democracy.

The Shah (God bless his soul) was a great leader for the time and place. His only fault was what you accused him of that he was not. He was not a bloodthirsty tyrant and all Iranians are paying the price for the past 47 years because he should have opened machine guns on those f*cking muslim fanatics and driven tanks over the f*cking mullahs. Iran would have been great now and Iranians living  prosperous lives.

You already called him a cold blooded blood thirsty tyrant and he even did not kill. What you would have called him if he had killed over 50,000 in 2 nights like these mother f*cker mullahs or Ayatoilets did?

You can't have it both ways.

I doubt the Ayatollah ever personally pulled a trigger or tore a finger nail out of some hapless screaming victim. What's your point, you're seriously suggesting that the quality of quantity of motherfuçking both are guilty of should matter?

Why do you want it both ways?

Totally irrelevant comments. The fact that Ayatoilet ordered torture rape and executions of many innocent people to be carrieg out by his mercenaries but did not do the acts himself makes it better!!!!

I am saying the Shah was by far a better leader who advanced the country into prosperity and the small number of people might have been harmed, or executed were those monsters who when took the power they set fire to Iran and the whole world. Bunch of murderous terrorists who randomly killed ynnocent women and children on streets in thousands just a ew months ago. F*ck the shia islamic clergy and f&ck the IRGC. DO NOT DEFEND THEIR ACTIONS OR TRY TO DIMINISH IT BY GOING BACK 50 TO 80 YEARS INTO HISTORY TRYING TO COVER UP THESE MURDERERS ASSES.
