I'm beginning to think that events like injustice or prejudice against black people are being exploited by their own people! Which is a shame. Some protests are really intended for something else. For some, it's an excuse to do some looting.

4.  No, I'm not offended.  But you want to impose restrictions on 'free speech' that you yourself could likely not pass.  More freedom, but not for those who disagree with you.

1.  Not exactly.  For me, it is when they drift into singling out a particular group, making sweeping and often false statements about why that group in particular should not be allowed in that they look 'far right' to me.

2.  Trump does the above and while he is quick to enthusiastically condemn a lot of people, he is awfully slow to condemn Nazis and WS, and those same Nazis and WS have made it clear he's their man, so yes I would consider him far-right.

Where we differ so greatly is that you seem to imply that people in the rest of the world have a certain set of rights to simply wander into Canada and live as THEY see fit, and the rest of us are supposed to be thrilled to accommodate them and pick up the tab.

In my experience, that is simply not the case for people who do not live as dependents (i.e. liberals and Liberals) in this country.  Makes me want to paraphrase from Churchill that a socialist is someone who will gladly give you the shirt off of their back...as long as it is not THEIR shirt.

The reason for the tougher immigration laws is to protect the citizens.

Do you find it "far-right" to agree with thorough screening and vetting of a particular group whose religion  - whether it's rightly translated or not -  is the cited reason for acts of terrorism against the citizens of country?

 

Do you find it "far-right" for the leaders of a country to put the safety of citizens as the priority to humanitarian acts?

We're talking about tougher immigration laws.

  We're not talking about the latest narrative that the leftists want to pursue - Trump and Charlottesville -  now that the investigation towards Trump's ties with Russia seems to be going nowhere.

Most countries with European roots have their own share of nazis and supremacists.  That's a homegrown problem.

Let's not bring up the nazis.........unless they're illegal immigrants.

I think his drivers are things like money, personal legacy, and narcissism.... Not idealogy. 

Same reason Hilary Clinton courts the "poor", even though she would probably have herself professionally de-loused after,  if she ever had to ride on a public bus with them.

If you look at his words and actions stretching back long before he even contemplated running for president, it's pretty clear he is both a racist and a misogynist.  He's maybe more driven by some of his other personality flaws but that doesn't mean his support for the "alt-right" is a front.
