Derek 2.0
Jeb had a great event on Monday, with rave reviews. He's definitely the front runner. Yes indeed, from this far out, I don't see how it wouldn't be a Bush ticket, with someone like a Rubio as the other half.
On Guard for Thee
His comments regarding Mexico and Mexicans will certainly hurt the Republicans and I hear Neil young isn't too happy with him using his song Rockin in the free world. Im hoping he continues to make such ridiculous speeches as he just did. It would be fun to watch the GOP implode.

I just said I wish, the comedy aspect is quite good, and it may just help to keep those weird conservatives out of the WH. I hope Neil Young sues his ass. On Guard for Thee
So Neil Young can refuse to allow Trump to use one of his songs? On what grounds? Is he discriminating based on politics? Ummm...quite simply Shady, because he wrote, and owns the song. Its called copyright.
kimmy
I would think that if Trump pays the appropriate fees he would be able to use the song. Seems pretty ironic that he would want to, though, considering the song's politics... -k
WestCoastRunner
So Neil Young can refuse to allow Trump to use one of his songs? On what grounds? Is he discriminating based on politics? GostHacked
You're addicted to Koch. Same old song. Apologies in advance.... You might as well face it it's a 'Dick' that you love. Robert Palmer.

If a Christian has to bake a cake for a gay wedding, he should have to rent his song out to any particular customer that's interested. That's the law! Shady
Seriously Shady? Have you heard of licensing rights? So what? Have you heard of labour rights, or religious freedom? Those don't seem to matter.

GostHacked
So Neil Young can refuse to allow Trump to use one of his songs? On what grounds? Is he discriminating based on politics? Remember the time John Fogerty was sued by his record label for writing a song similar to another song he wrote? This is the framework that the US seems to work in. It's like someone suing me for remixing my own track.

Shady
Not when it comes to commerce. What's the difference between a cake and a song, in terms of commerce?
GostHacked
You've heard of discrimination right? I guess being this obtuse takes some effort. Touche good sir, touche.
GostHacked
What's the difference between a cake and a song, in terms of commerce? You can buy one cake once. You can buy one song, many times.

GostHacked
So? Like I said, it takes some effort to be obviously purposefully obtuse.
