Baker was on CNN and he said this shouldn't have happen because the Libs brought in a law after 9/11, that said if the feds even have a suspension of terrorist act or are going to do one by someone, the feds can arrest you and the USA has the same law, so why did the RCMP not arrest these 80-100 terrorists????
