A cautionary tale to JT fans who think he's got this locked up. Hudak had a 10 point lead before the writ dropped and blew it. Quote

Hudak had a 10 point lead before the writ dropped and blew it. The Doug Ford poll is from a few days ago. Forum's polls have been considerably off from what others are reporting. That's the point. I take their polls with a grain of salt when there's half a dozen other pollsters all reporting similar results and they come out with something vastly different. Quote

I don't think the DoFo result is a trend. . . yet. We'll see what other polls say. It is an interesting result considering recent polls have Tory close to 50%. We have like 3 weeks to the election so there's plenty of time for Tory to tank. As for JT, the headline of article is as follows. Support continues to dip for federal Liberals Indicates this polls is part of a trend. Edited October 7, 2014 by Boges Quote

The polls were within the margin of error... 1 to 3 points in polls means that they held steady since there is an error rate (usually 3 points, 95 times out of a hundred) Quote

Smallc Posted October 8, 2014 Report Posted October 8, 2014 I think that the next election will be a surprise. Given the last few days, I'm far less convinced about Trudeau. Quote

Smallc Posted October 19, 2014 Report Posted October 19, 2014 Possibly, but usually people don't throw out governments when they also say they the country is headed in the right direction. Quote
Michael Hardner Posted October 20, 2014 Report Posted October 20, 2014 I'm still thinking we could see a Harper resignation early in 2015 if these numbers don't improve. Quote Looks like someone has a new patronizing catch phrase ! Michael Hardner
Army Guy Posted October 20, 2014 Report Posted October 20, 2014 Are people voting of the liberals because the just hate the cons, or are they ready to put in the liberals because Justin is the better man.... I'm not really happy with the cons either, but sorry i do not think Justin is capable of making those tough decisions, i watched the interveiw with him on the ISIL problem, and left more confused than ever. Army Guy Posted October 20, 2014 Report Posted October 20, 2014 And that does not concern liberals.....After Justins speach there are alot of liberals that disagree with justins postion, in fact many are concerned that it goes against past liberal policy.
