Everyone already knows that Waldo and Wyly are horrible at debating. I already proved that little experiment.

No need to waste bandwidth by telling them what has already been established.

I understand you're often very confused and generally have no idea what you're going on about...

But it should piss them off I am wasting power and enlarging my carbon footprint by doing it. Even better yet I am making them increase their carbon footprint by their use of all the facilities (which require power and in alberta and ontario its mainly coal fired) needed to bring the internet into their homes, to respond to my posts.

ya we are, we can't help ourselves being honest...telling stupid people who aren't smart enough to know they're stupid, that they're stupid...you'll have to learn to live with it..

Good thing it has been proven that you understand very little.

That it is publicly owned doesn't mean all or even part is open to the public.

If you want to test your theory, why don't you go down to your local elementary school and hang out in the hallway. While the police are cuffing you, explain to them that you have the right to be there since it's public property.

Many areas of a university campus are open to the public, and many more areas are accessible to the public provided you look like you belong there... but it is incorrect to assume that you have a right to be at any place on any publicly owned piece of property at any point in time.

You probably don't even appreciate the irony.

Good points Kimmy, and it's obvious that many can't see that. Also it should not be surprising but it is that many don't realize it may be public property, but it is privately owned. The Uni has a board with members that govern the school. No federal government involved.

....yeah...just like Trudeau (October Crisis).

What about it?

There is no such thing as moral highground.....let alone a simpleton's world of left or right.

...except you keep claiming the highground...whats up with that?

I think it is a fair trade....really dumb ass limits on freedom of expression in Canada for really "dumb ass dope laws" in the USA.

How quickly you forget that the US has limits on freedom of speech...just different from ours..live with it...

buddy, you're certainly not reading the same yankee outlets I am... imagine that. It's actually quite refreshing to read the real disdain that thinking Americans have for the skank Coulter.

Sweetie, I don't have to read yankee outlets...I am a "yankee". Disdain and expression of same is not illegal down here.

by the way, is that a real mission accomplished reference you're making... or one of those "just kidding" Dubya kind of mission accomplished pronouncements?

Now what do you think, wide eyed waldo? Why is it that you always require more sentences than anybody else to explain the obvious? In this case, it was both.

Wrong....moral arguments are a waste of time. Whose morals?

How quickly you forget that the US has limits on freedom of speech...just different from ours..live with it...

Nope....more than different....more freedom of expression....and more ways to do it.

buddy, stretch a bit... the U.S. is much more than your preferred tea-party bastion. Yes, it truly is refreshing to read real thinking Americans denouncing Coulter for the vile creature she truly is. However, I will absolutely defer to your privilege in defending Coulter's freedom of speech rights, even though they most certainly were not denied her in Canada... even though she herself has stated she could care less about your 1st amendment. By the way, how do you reconcile your zest for the Coultergeist in the face of her statement:

They're [Democrats] always accusing us of repressing their speech. I say let's do it. Let's repress them. Frankly, I'm not a big fan of the First Amendment.

by the way, is that a real mission accomplished reference you're making... or one of those "just kidding" Dubya kind of mission accomplished pronouncements?

Well now they know that freedom of expression is controlled by mob rule.

Providing the mob is wearing the right color of t-shirt. If a bunch of right wingers tried to, say, shout down a Bill Clinton appearance, people would be bringing out the Brown Shirt comparisons in short order.

Before I say what I have to say, I'd like to remind people that I have no ideological axe to grind, and don't really consider myself either Right or Left, or rather, I'm bits of both. So now I'll say what I have to say.

The Left in this country is a pack of hypocrites, pure and simple.

The left, and it's own cadre of carnival barkers, did NOT cover itself in any patriotic glory, that's for sure....
