To get to your point the CEO of SNC had said during a media event, that they meaning SNC did not threaten to pull their HQ out of Quebec, and reminded everyone that they had banking contract that would hold the HQ in Quebec for 5 or more years....He also said that NO jobs where threaten....So where did this threat come from, was it made up by the liberals to be used as leverage....maybe , but no one is saying right now....Thats another liberal myth busted... Just in the last couple of days it has come out , even if SNC is convicted they would not be shut out of federal contracts all together....meaning SNC already has some very large contracts with DND, if any national security related contracts came out they would be in the clear to bid on them, there are a couple more examples of contracts that they are the odds on favorite to win even with a ban.....So thats another liberal myth busted.....He also has said even if SNC went else where most their employees are highly sought after , with the business that SNC are in ex employees would be gobbled up by the competition, there would be no net loss of jobs.... Canada is not the only nation to bring up SNC for bad business related charges.... My question to you is this, Do you think that 9000 jobs is worth breaking rule of law for, knowing all the above plus everything else that has happened since the start of this dogs breakfast...….the Justice dept already had gone over SNC case and said it was not eligible for a DPA , Justin and his crew wanted a large contributor to Justins campaign fund to be able to get off of all these charges and should be afforded special consideration cause that was what Justin wanted ....or perhaps the rule of law is only for the common folk....you know the ones that can't bank role some drama teachers run for PM....

4.5 cents was according to the liberals to get us to think of reducing our carbon foot print...experts say that they would need an increase of over 200 % to have Canadians actually reduce usage...They tried the same thing with cigs, now selling close to 20 bucks a pack.....and while the number of Canadians buying them has been reduced , it took massive increases to accomplish that and still the industry is pumping out smokes, and Canadians are still buying with taxes rates unheard of well over close to 1500% over of the cost to make is taxes... And yet nobody is getting a stop smoking rebate....or some tax dollars given back to you....they say more than you paid into it....unless you live in the country, or places where public transport is unavailable, and you travel more than 25 KM one way to work....or as the lying liberals like to say 1 out of every 5 will not be getting back what they put in... So why have a tax in the first place.....it is not going to the" fight" of climate change, it does not go to any incentives to purchase a veh with a lower climate footprint nor more improved upgrades to your home, such as solar, or wind power....no incentives to manufactures to produce carbon reducing items....No instead we have a tax we pay which will increase the price on everything, then we are allowed to claim a few dollars on our income tax....here is my 20 dollars Justin, here is your rebate of 25 army guy....should have cut the middle man and sent me a check for 5 dollars and we could have all felt better doing our thing for climate change....how much does this whole bad idea cost to administer....

No it does not, it is highly unlikely that any jobs will be lost, like I said already, CTV news released today regardless of the outcome of any conviction, SNC would not be frozen out of all Canadian contracts...there are still many contracts already out there such as ones that involve national security and more that they can bid on and are looked at as a Canadian solution so favored....SO ask yourself would they risk everything by moving out of the country....it was a bluff Lets not kid ourselves if SNC moved most if not all their employees would find work by the end of the week in other firms.... I like Argus idea on the constitution, adding a little twist, Quebec would come under the same Constitution as the rest of us, As well as the Indigenous people, we would all be Canadians, all equal, with the same laws/ benefits/ policies. don't like there is the door. Justice system would be revamped totally, meaning there would be no more throwing out cases due to technicalities, if the bastard is guilty then they do they time...Serving time is serving time, meaning life means 25 years no more ,no less "guess what your suppose to be good in jail" if your not we will add more time to your sentence. Every convict will work a max of 8 hours producing something , or working on prison farm.every day, to pay for their food, and rent etc., plus do 4 hours of rehabilitation programs each day... and for those repeat or serious offenders open a prison up in the high artic, no fences or fancy alarms, want to run off there is the door...Free ride would be over, convicts would not be allowed to vote, receive welfare, old age security, or pensions form other sources, while imprisoned these would be seized and used to pay for their forced vist. they would have NO rights under the constitution while in jail... Collage Education would be free, thats right all that is required is students maintain a certain grade point average, and limited to the amount of different specialties you can take...University education would also be free, but would require a repayment program for every year in higher education program , would mean one would have to serve in a federal program of some sort. Ie a doctor would serve in a federal Hospital for the same amount of years he received in education....etc etc... Health care system would be reworked, it would be 3 tiered Private care clinics , provincially clinics / smaller hospitals, and federal hospital/ specialized care facility's such as cancer/ kids / etc. etc. The federal hospital would be a teaching hospitals employ persons form the federal education systems.... funds provinces save on medical costs could be used on education , infra structure etc... No more pandering to big business, we live in a free market society if you fail then you fail...new laws could be written to protect employees pension programs. No more cartels , such as dairy/ cheese /egg etc, ... or anything else that the government makes a killing on by selling quotas and managing pricing of products. again we are a free market nation....can't make it in business then find another occupation.... No more do you have to have millions to run for office....having money does not make you smarter nor the best person for the job.... F8888 the UN and all of its liberal programs. Note not all of there programs but most of them... Provide ALL the programs our Vets need , including establishing more vet Hospitals, care centers, mental health care...Anything they need...also add anyone who has served as a firefighter, policemen, EMT tech, Coast guard, CSIS, Border guard, anyone who has signed on to unlimited liability to carry out their jobs..... Natural resources, drive as many pipelines as needed to get our oil to market, both domestically and inter national, provide incentives to expand or build new refineries to look after domestic supply first, then inter national, take a look at all our natural resources, one at a time and make them all benefit domestic use first, like lumber 90 % of number 1/2 grade lumber cut in NB goes to the states, whats left is left for Canadians...even when the US was taxing the shit our of all lumber... Declining birth rate, funding saved from decreased immigration would go towards creative incentives to entice our Canadian adults to have more children , national avg is 1.6 anything above this the more the incentive would be.... Immigration would be reworked, make it impossible to buy a Canadian citizenship..., create a new list of requirements that would be mandatory for every immigrant to complete, and yes that would include a check if they are compatible with our nations moral values, our laws, and traditions.. First off no ones job at SNC are at risk, That comes rom the CEO of SNC if you have not been watching the news lately, even if they are charged and convicted, SNC is still entitled to bid and receive contracts through huge loop holes in the new law, such as SNC still holds many DND contracts and if it is a matter of National security SNC is still fair game...There are other reasons and loop holes as well they did not go into a whole lot of detail but hey this law was written by politicians for big business, not lawyers for citizens...so they left lots of loop holes.... Just one question, how does one check local police depts. when they have been destroyed by conflict such as Syria, how does one do a proper back ground check when these individuals say they have no paper work, such as pass port or valid ID, how does one process all these security checks in refugee camps in the middle of no where, with out intra net, and poor phone comms…. So a terrorist operating in Syria with no criminal record on inter pol, the US, or any other euro country , who claims he has lost his papers, how is he processed....these are questions that the Canadian military pers asked when assisting in processing Syrian refugees in refugee camps...did I mention they were on a time constraint as well to met Justin deadlines....Answer they is no way to properly vet them, except through a one on one interview ….

Why is it that Immigration seems to be the end all be all answer to all our troubles.....I say bullshit ...It is not the only solution, there are many out there, I think massive immigration is the wrong chioce...for several reasons, Todays immigration are not all about bringing in healthy able bodied people, able to work in the jobs Canadians think they are above, Lets add to the equation that most of these immigrant's have families, older parents, older uncles and aunt's, they want to come over as well....That most do not have the skills or equivalent training standards that are required for immediate job placement, or to be able to produce a plus to our economy at the start, resources are needed to provide education, and language training, etc etc... Some on here say that more immigrant that come drags our economy forward , to a point , by forcing more housing, food, resources etc...some say more income tax, but I think it has already been proven by Justin and company that the average Canadian does not pay a whole lot in income taxes....so there is a net plus....which would be there if it was filled by Canadians or immigrants. But there is also a net minus such as they also add to higher costs of homes, rents, more infra structure, more Medical usage, etc, Immigration in this country cost Canadian tax payers 26 to 30 bil a year, that figure is based on 250 k people, not 350 k....so this expenditure is only going to grow every year....and according to your own research it takes the average immigrant 12 years to produce the same amount as the average Canadian....WOW...takes a lot of time to grow an immigrant that produces a net plus to the country.... Instead of addressing all your issues with immigrants, why not address the problems that are the cause....Labor shortages could be slowed in not totally fixed by giving incentives to the next generation about to enter the work force...Such as discounts on education or by providing free education at the cost of perhaps working the same amount of years as you education took in areas of the country where these shortages are...ie medical trades could be sent any where in the country where there is a need....you could do this with any job that is struggling to provide enough trained people ….some nations already do this... You could also create policy for people that are on long term welfare or unemployment, that they take retraining or move to the new job, perhaps some kind of assistance for all that.
