Bring ISIS fighters back to Canada??
Army Guy replied to GostHacked's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
This is what frustrates me to no end....Canadians will see those big tears, and change their minds, but they are just kids...kids that at the very least condoned or stood by and did nothing while Iraqis or Syrians were tortured , beheaded, or worse, at the whims of some very sick and twisted individuals and now they think we in the west owe them something....F888 them , but what do I know...it was like having a party with no rules , in a state where the "purge" was all day and all night everyday, every night.....kill whom ever you wanted because it was the new thing to do....and we want to send them back here to live with us.... -

I agree with you 100%, but todays legal experts say it is next to imposable to get a conviction of treason do to the ways these laws are laid out. perhaps one of the parties can bring about change to these laws and make them current....Don't count on the liberals, or greens as they have already stated their battle dry for the next election is Climate change...nothing else matters....maybe the cons or mad max...I say let them answer for they're deeds in Syria or Iraq....that would send a message to everyone concerned.... -
No we are the problem , were to stupid to do anything about it .....they know us better than we do....

Who is coming here to attack us....Canada's greatest threat of terrorism is home grown, and bringing these scumbags back does nothing to prevent more attacks....what it does do is spread already thin resources to make sure these guys behave themselves, not stir up any poop so to speak, resources that could be used to stop other unknown threats, It brings the threat to our streets.....coming soon to town near you..... -
And the new AG will not say or confirm if they are proceeding with giving SNC the pass on charges....but they are looking into it.....How can liberals look themselves in the mirror and agree that all of this shit is OK with them.....how can liberal voters do the same....and your right the cons are no better, just they did not get caught....
-
Aside for what JT says in the media that he received a phone call from SNC, they said they would move out of Canada to else where....if they did not get their way....perhaps he should have given the number to one of Montreal moving companies and told them good luck with that....how long can they use that kind of black mail, Who else have they bribed here in Canada for contracts.

At what time do Canadian stand up and be counted, when do we hold our government responsible....it does not seem we have a limit to anything....it's hockey, pogy check, liquor store repeat....

You can make any excuse you like for these scumbags, but they are not blameless, and we do own the mistakes made on the war on terror, yes we may of made a few terrorist here and there, but far more civilians have been killed in Afghanistan, Iraq , Syria, by the local population and these Jihad Terrorist from Muslim countries around the world. the fact still remains that well over 80% of all the causalities in Afghanistan were done by the Taliban and their gangs of thugs...pssst we don't talk about that part of the story......it' does not support the lefts side of the debate......those numbers climb when we talk about Iraq, and Syria. and as far as the war on terror being a failure, no more 9/11, when was the last attack on Canada, so they must be contained to the middle east right....better to kill them over there , than in our streets... -

He says he made a stupid mistake, NO he made a huge criminal mistake, he joined one of the worst terrorist groups in the world, he at the very least knew of the terrible crimes they committed, the UN is still uncovering mass graves containing 1000's of bodies.....did he take part in all of that, perhaps not, but he knew of all this crimes and yet still took part....the only reason he should return is if they have complied enough evidence to convict his guy for life or more, if we can not do that leave him there. -

You don't pay shit...you pay taxes and thats where it all ends...The government has the right to withdrawal any or all of your rights in order to protect the country in time of crises, and in doing so may ask the RCMP or Defense Dept to carry out various policing or defense related tasks. FLQ crises comes to mind when the other Trudeau order the War measures act, or it may of been known as marshal law , which gave the military sweeping powers including powers of arrest, detention with out cause or warrant required, they took freedom to travel away, and set up times when people could not leave their homes or they would be arrested.... now with all these dots lined up for you to follow lets try and find out who DND really works for....is it the people or is it the government...The government decides what rights you may have or not have.....it is the government that decides how all of this is going to be enforced, and here is the final burn, you still need to file and pay your taxes.....The lesson here , RCMP and DND are federal depts., owned and operated by them...you may think we work for you, but in reality we work for the government end of story.... as for the RCMP in assaulting the Wet'suet'en people have they been fired, released from duty, brought before the courts....taken in front of the UN human rights court....Yes or no.... -

Lets see if you can read it this time, Your right the GG is legally in charge of DND on paper ,,,, no questions....But when was the last time that the GG or for that matter the Queen told our elected government NO you can't do that, You can not send DND to OKA , Cyprus, Bosina, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, shit lets go all the way back to Boar war if you want....Whos signature is on all those Mission statements, authorizing all those mission , who authorized troop levels, equipment to be used, rules of engagements, everything about all the missions DND takes on...Hold on i know you know this one....Yes it is the PM....you can argue all day long, about who is legally in charge but before any one goes any where the PM has to sign off on it, not the queen, and the GG is a figure head only.... Answer the question....when was the last time the GG or Queen intervened in any political decision within Canada, NEVER is the correct answer.....next question is who's name is on the authorization documents to send our Armed Forces on any mission, or cancel any mission....IT is the PM's ...When our allieds want us to join a mission they don't talk to the Queen or the GG they go through our elected government , with the PM making the final decision....why is that so difficult to understand...... Listen carefully Our laws state that the GG or the Queen is the commander and chief of our military forces, this is to provide an extra layer of protection for the civil population,, another check and balance so the PM can not abuse his powers. However In our history there has never been a time where the GG or the Queen has needed to or has done this...Meaning all the PM's orders or direction for the Dept of National Defense to deploy or cancel a mission have always been answered....When the PM answered the call from Quebec for assistance he made the decision and ordered the military into OKA it was on his authorization that the military moved troops into the OKA area, it was on his authorization that on day 78 the crisses would end... once you understand that, ask your self how many rights did the mohawk warriors have on day 78...and what was the legal consequences for violating them ? All of this is public record, -

Maybe i do need a refresher, i got a question for you, if you believe all that you just wrote above, why is it out government ordered DND to go to OKA , why was DND used to put down this incident, you don't think the liberals had the legal dept check out all the facts first, you don't think DND also checked out if they could legally accomplish this mission... Your right the GG is legally in charge of DND on paper ,,,, no questions....But when was the last time that the GG or for that matter the Queen told our elected government NO you can't do that, You can not send DND to OKA , Cyprus, Bosina, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, shit lets go all the way back to Boar war if you want....Whos signature is on all those Mission statements, authorizing all those mission , who authorized troop levels, equipment to be used, rules of engagements, everything about all the missions DND takes on...Hold on i know you know this one....Yes it is the PM....you can argue all day long, about who is legally in charge but before any one goes any where the PM has to sign off on it, not the queen, and the GG is a figure head only.... Not sure what your going on about here , but for the most part, our laws and constitution protect all Canadians regardless of skin color and race.....and as far as the politicians not having our backs neither does the majority of Canadian public. This post is a perfect example of that, as you can not wait to spread bullshit about something you know nothing about. -
This is just a question, as I am not a lawyer....but why can we not just charge the individuals who have committed or authorized these crimes...why must the entire company pay for the indiscretions or a few individuals...unless the owners have committed the crime and their needs to be some reparations made...But SNC is owned by stock holders is it not....so why can we not hold those reasonable for these crimes to account and let the stock holder figure out who is going to run the company next....

Bring ISIS fighters back to Canada??
Army Guy replied to GostHacked's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
I some what disagree, I think we as a G-8 nation should be doing more in the fight of terrorism all over the world..Where I think our government puts it's people in danger is making these liberal ass laws that have huge loop holes in them, that allows these scumbags, to bring their veil violence to whom ever they want, when ever they want, and then come home and expect or sometimes demand the rest of Canada to treat them as if nothing has happened...they get to pick up life as if they never left....mean while Syrians and Iraqi people whom have been the victim of all this shit have to pick up their life's where these scumbags left them, tortured, prosecuted, killed by the thousands....And we as Canadians are good with that... The world spent a lot of time and energy to bring ex Nazis to justice, and yet we can not be bother to bring terrorist to some form of justice, any justice....the latest man to be convicted of traveling to Syria received 4 years in a Canadian prison, because they can not prove he did anything wrong in Syria....OK I get it Canada has very high levels of proof to convict someone in a court of law...but we can not prove anything here, so they go free, what should happen is they should have they're day in court in Syria or Iraq, we as a nation can feign concern , even throw in a "release them now" plea, until they are marched out into the desert and disappeared, case closed....sending a message to all the others commit crimes over seas and you'll pay for them overseas....is that not what happens to drug dealers....executed in china, but we somehow can't let them execute a terrorist...we need our laws to change.... Instead we bring them back here and treat them like gods....lay out all the benefits, poetry classes, arts and crafts, welfare payments.....mean while our very own soldiers get sweat f***k all, except maybe you start training in 6 months for the next tour....no pay out , no rehabilitation, there is no funding for that shit, want something take us to court....."your asking for more than we can give right now".... Mean while in CFB Gagetown the Royal Canadian Regt prepares to bury another soldier, who has taken his life...where was his help...I know fuc* him he was not a terrorist....he is not protected by our laws, and policies he is just the protector of those laws and policies ...I guess we have our priorities right... -

Revoking citizenship.....thats a dream, and unless our laws change drastically in the next couple of months reality is these scumbags, and scumbagettes will be walking Canadians streets. There is no way in hell they can investigate and prove with out a shadow of a doubt in a Canadian court of law, that they have committed criminal offenses in Syria or Iraq. The liberals are afraid that once they start bringing these guys back home the other unknowns will be heading for the gates of the nearest airport, I mean poetry classes, some arts and crafts, welfare checks, medical , and education come on....Plus they known the next time they get an urge to cut off some heads, it's back on a plane for some jihad....We as a nation are to weak kneed to just let the Kurds hold on to them, or have them transferred to a Syrian or Iraqi court of law to be tried for their crimes...........well because things won't turn out very well for our new ISIS citizens....no sympathy in those countries... its ok if your a white drug dealer to be executed by the Chinese, but if your ISIS forget about it.... -

I bet you he was , why would he not, he did not do it intentionally....it was an accident, but that does not fit well with your story does it....perhaps you can explain how the children ended up there in the first place, how grown men and women would see this as an acceptable thing, I mean bringing children to a shoot out.... -

Obsolute Bullshit....it was declared an accident, the soldier did not jam his bayonet into her chest, or she would not be with us right now..... in the course of the soldier taking her down to be arrested, she was accidentally stabbed....as he lost control over his wpn....everyone that was there was put down and searched, no exceptions....including women and children....but then again what did you think was going to happen in an armed resurrection….one that had already seen a police officer killed.... your just a bitter and twisted women that has moved from cause to cause, and now you hate the man....spreading bullshit is not going to help your piont. -

I think the north American people are just to blame as the corps....people don't give a rats ass if children working 20 hours a day in deplorable conditions to make their favorite jeans cheaper.....they want their stuff for the cheapest price.....it is what our market is based on, hard to lecture about human rights and good morals and values when you break it down we never had them in the first place....Our world is turned by the green back nothing else.... -

You miss the point completely, AK -47 was the wpn of chioce by the mohawks , and the mohawks only.....QPP were using American made wpns….Cpl Lemay was shot and killed by a Mohawk warrior end of story....while Cpl Lemay was carrying out his duty as a police officer....So lets not pretend your some kind of police forensic expert, and are able to judge by the point of impact that it was not a mohawk bullet, because thats bullshit....when they were the only people there with AK-47, and nobody cares about tear gas into the wind it is a moot point, meant to distract... Lets not forget the QPP are not trained in this type of operations, they did what they could do, and paid for it in Causalities…. WTF is your point, yes a girl was accidentally stabbed by a bayonet while her sister was being taken down and arrested. it was tragic, funney how nobody is talking about WHY a 4 year old and a 14 year old were there in the first place, and not for a couple of days but for the full 78 days of the siege by our military.....who were there Not there to hand out blankets and teddy bears but to put down an armed resurrection ..Now in case they were confused, or doubted the military resolve , they had tanks , Armoured fighting vehs, helos, F-18 flying above, Self propelled arty, the entire Airborne Regt, and many more soldiers.....There for one reason....Once the government decided they had enough they would order the military to use force to end this , up to and including deadly force.. WTF did you think was going to happen when that day came....It was a miracle that things turned out as well as it did...and thats contributed to the professionalism of our soldiers, and the fact the warriors were scared stiff at the time of the take down.... Lets be clear about a few things Police officers and Soldiers are not responsible to uphold your constitutional rights...they swear allegiance to the Queen, not to the Canadian government or it's people, and in this case the Queen did not intervene, she never has..... they also swear to defend the country from enemies foreign or domestic. in this case Mohawk warriors were declared to be the bad guys....by the Liberals , ya the good old liberals....A couple of other things, we don't work for you....we work for the country of Canada, and it's elected government , and if you find yourself on the wrong end of the law, your going to be put down hard.....You pay the bills and that it....and your right we don't pick sides, the government gets to do that.... -
You've had some pretty crazy posts, but this one takes the Cake....Canadians have had enough of the Trudeaus for a life time....lets leave it at that.

Should Canada Suspend Relations With China? -- Take Two
Army Guy replied to Zeitgeist's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
One would think that life would become that more easier right. But it also brings up a couple of questions like how many jobs here in Canada are dependent on foreign trade ? , lets talk about the elephant in the room "China"....that pretty much makes everything in the world, and why is that, big fat Canadians companies like the color of money as well, so much that they move jobs and industry to china to make billions more, how do you have these guys move all that back ? ....So my last question how much are we willing to pay for our rules, morals, and values ? ..... do we keep todays status quo, or risk it all to feel good about ourselves…. last time I checked feeling good does not pay the bills nor does it feed our families.
