Stoker and August; you may be willing to pass on OUR debt to your children but us responsible people prefer to pay our own way. We like to share our resources with others but we do want to pay our own bills. Us older people did not leave a large debt for you younger people(20 to 45 or so) pay for your own share of the debt; don't be a deadbeat.

Certain breeds are more prone to sudden unprovoked attacks and can kill. You cannot compare the danger of a pit bull or a rottweiller and a poodle or shih tzu. Every time one of these pit bull types attack someone the owners always claim it was such a nice dog and played with their kids all the time. That is quite possible. They have been bred for their fighting abilities and people who byuy them are largely looking for an intimidating dog for guarding purpose or just to itimidate people or illegal activities and tend to treat the dog differently; not the bonding and companionship of a smaller less aggreesive breed of dog. What really ticks me off; they pay the same license fee as we small breed owners whose dog is kept indoors. Large aggressive breeds should not be allowed in the city and owners should carry insurance and face prosecution if their dog attacks unprovoked especially if it can be proven the dog was not raised to be friendly.

So are they (the Americans rude and ignorant plus a few Canadians) However WHY especially the Americans???? There actions are not endearing themselves to anyone. However, while I did noot hold her to blame for the first remark that slipped out; the latest episode shows that she is getting childish and that is unacceptable for someone in her position.

It should be returned to the Canadian logging companies as NAFTA has found that the Canadian Lumber industries does NOT threaten US lumber Companies. The "Byrd Amendment" that would give the money to lumber companies is the USA has been found to be illegal by both WTO and NAFTA. That act would be unfairly subsidizing the USA lumber companies.

He feels he is bringing the USA to defeat just as he did to the USSR; spending themselves on an unwinnable situation until they are broke. He may have a weapon that he has the USA using on itself. Already, the American dollar is sinking like a rock. They have the trust and goodwill of very few throughout the world. He is getting them where it hurts.

Probably because the USA enables Israel to keep their land and keep the Palestinians people without a country. This was all Arab land. Remember it was "Saudis" not Iraqis. Forget world trade; the USA is violating NAFTA, yet again, Canada should pull out of NAFTA; the USA will not; it gives them too many rights to our resources that they covet. Mulroney made it much too easy for them. Diversify our trade partners. The USA is going down in a mountain of bills and loss of good will world wide. We don't need to hitch our wagon to a dying horse.

The main purpose of taxes is NOT to redistribute the wealth. Taxes are there to accomplish things that are needed by all Canadians; Military, Immigration issues, trade issues, Cross country transportation, etc.

Because the UN gave the USA exemption from taking responsibility for any war crimes. Under pressure, to be sure but I do think the UN really blew it on this decision. The cannot be tried at the International Criminal Court either as they refused to join. The USA will not have this exemption from prosecution for war crimes whenever their year is up
